The employees are really nice and Accommodating no matter what shift. I'll be returning for future stays for sure.

I arrived and they didn't have a clean room for us. So why was I able to book a room then? I stayed because I already paid for my room and was desperate. Also non refundable too. Worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed out in my life. Sink was clogged. Roaches on the wall. Loud neighbors above us. They were up all night long.

Pictures lied about true appearance

We made reservations for the Motel 6 on Rustle Way, in Spokane as there was a storm in CO and we needed another night to avoid the storm returning from Coeur D' Alene for a conference. We stopped at the Motel 6 off highway 2 to check it out. We needed to use the restroom and our room wasn't ready, so the front lady said we could quickly use the staff one as we had been traveling and really needed to go. The hallway REEKED of so much smoke, it was dirty and run down. The lady was very nice though and said the non-smoking rooms were in a different area. My husband so appalled didn't feel we should stay there. We cancelled and spent a lot more money to stay somewhere else. The web site display of the room looked good, but your little reservation desk picture to the left here, that office no way looked like that! We sure learned something. So glad we stopped and looked at it.

It was just ok. The ceiling lights where burnt and the place looked like it could use some maintenance.

Access door on west end not working. Abandon motorhome and cars in parking lot. And if i could leave a photo of.the missing wall light. Bare.wires showing, I would. curtains were dirty old food stuck to cable tv guide. Smell of stale cigarette smoke, even in the non smoking part I was in.
