Great space

Very spacious and easy access to Gonzaga. Quiet, well stocked with coffee, private. Some minor difficulty with communication that I suspect had more to do with the rental platform switch than anything else.

Fun in Spokane

We were very happy with the property we stayed in. It was depicted accurately in the description and we found it to be quite comfortable with the amenities that were listed in the property outline. However, there was NO supplemental information at the property regarding Wi-Fi access (we had to phone the owner to obtain this), the televisions weren't connected to the Wi-Fi but this issue was resolved the following day after our phone call, and there was no information at all about nearby places of interest, shopping, restaurants, etc. We were surprised by this lack of communication with renters but we found our way around on our own and enjoyed our stay very much. We would stay here again if we were in Spokane.

Place was clean and had everything needed to have a good stay. Could use lights on side of building to help with finding the way around to the front door. Main house could use better address marking from the street or reflective numbers on the mailbox or fence.

Will be back

I rented this house for my husband and his friends for a guys weekend (Thur - Mon). I was nervous because this was our first time using Vrbo. My husband and his friends were amazed at how nice this house was. Steve (the owner) was quick to respond to messages and did not complain when the guys got back late in the evening. The guys go to Spokane 2 a year for RC racing and we go over there for hunting and to visit family, we look forward to booking this house every time we can.
