Our stay at Quality was great. Friendly staff, we were given a remodeled room. I would’ve gave 5 stars but the Inn is under renovation and our bathroom sink was slow to drain due to the renovation. Other than that, we love staying at Quality Inn.

The staff was great. The problem was with the reservation itself. The reservation should have been for 2 people and 1 night. However, it was changed to 2 night and 1 person. The hotel staff said they were ok with a change, but it had to be done through the reservation site. The site told me the hotel would not allow the change, even though they told me otherwise.

The room was filthy and they made excuses about it. Tried to ask for a refund due to that and having to leave, didn’t even stay the night but they refused.

It was a very loud hotel. The fridge, the heater, and I don't know what else in the room was humming. I'm a light sleeper, so I did not sleep well while I was here. When we asked for two towels and for housekeeping to take out the trash, they didn't take out the trash or give us more towels, they just left two rolls of toilet paper on the bathroom counter. The breakfast was minimal and not very good - although the waffles were enjoyable. The staff at the front desk was super nice and professional, though!

When I was online making the reservation for Quality Inn. The first time I completed the reservation, Expedia's web site told me the it could find no record of the reservation so I redid it. Then ultimately I got billed twice. I got a partial refund for the extra reservation but I have not received it to date. Everything else was great.

My new go-to hotel for when I come to Spokane. The room was immaculate, the bed comfortable. Staff were wonderful and check in was the most seamless I have ever encountered. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Looking forward to our next visit.
