Brand NEW Cabin in the Pines w Private Lake

Brand New Log Cabin tucked into the White Pines on 64 private acres of Forest with your own Private Lake. Across the street from McKenzie Lake and walking distance from bars, supper club. This private paradise is so quiet and tranquil yet close to everything. ATV/UTV and snowmobile trails touch the property and a 27 hole golf course is within minutes. Discover private walking trails throughout the property as you relax in pure serenity.
The space
The cabin is a 2000 square Ft., 2 story brand new construction (2023) log cabin made of white pine. The home consists of 4 bedrooms 2 bath, 2 bedrooms on the main and 2 on the upper floor with 1 king bed and queen on the main and 1 king and 2 full on the upper level and a queen pull out in the living room. Main floor bathroom with walk-in tile shower and laundry. The upper has another full bathroom with a walk in tile shower.

Sleeping Arrangements:
- Main Floor - 1 king bed in private bedroom (Has Smart TV and electric fireplace)- next to a bathroom. 1 queen bed in private room (Has smart TV and electric fireplace also close to the main bathroom
- Upper level - 1 King bed in private room with a smart TV and a electric fireplace and 2 full beds located in private bedroom with a smart TV and electric fireplace both near the upper level full bathroom.
- Living Room has a very nice pull out queen bed in the genuine leather couch.

This property is breathtaking, private and tranquil. One of very few properties that has its own private lake. There is no access or other property owners that have access to the private lake. It is a short hike (300 yards) through the pines to the lake. The cabin rests on 60 + acres of rolling pine forest with groomed walking trails for the nature enthusiast that wants to decompress in solitude.

WE Provide no charge snowshoes with poles to our guests for your winter hiking around the property.

Guest access
The cabin has a large, wide cul-de-sac type driveway that is large enough for multiple trailers for your ATV/UTV/SNOWMOBILE needs with parking spots to unhook also. RV parking with electrical and water hookups also. The front door has an electric keypad and you will receive a code after confirmation.
Perfect for UTV/ATV and Snowmobile groups with hundreds of miles of groomed trails in the Northwoods. Plenty of room for your boat or pontoon with the public landing just minutes from your door. The cabin rests in solitude in the pine forest and it is very near water both at the private lake and Mckenzie lake but it does not sit on a shoreline.
3 sets of snowshoes and poles provided to our guests no charge
As stated the property is very large and completely wooded pine forest. The private lake is a 300 yard (3-4 minute)stroll through the forest on a groomed trail. Anyone w mobility issues may not want to enjoy the hike through the forest and down to the private lake.

The Cabin in the Pines is a very cute place with a beautiful outdoor area. We really enjoyed our stay. The walk down to the lake is well maintained and very pretty. It was very easy to get our questions answered while we were there. The restaurant down the road was so convenient and also had good food.

Beautiful cabin with a great location.

Loved this cabin! We have been coming to this area for years and we were looking for a new cabin to stay at and this one was perfect. Hosts were wonderful and responded to any questions very quickly. The cabin is beautiful and the layout was great too. Location is central to several of the local towns that have fun things to do.

Cabin offers great privacy yet in a short walk you can be at a fun supper club - Mackenzie landing. Also, a short drive in to the town of Spooner will surprise you with some nice shops/galleries. Nice trails for some decent walks and the private lake is a great place to hang out. The heated floors and the gas fireplace were great. Cabin is very warm and comfortable. Outdoor space is enjoyable with low smoke fire pit to enjoy. Host is very responsive.

Family getaway

This was the nicest VRBO we have stayed at so far. Brian was very thoughtful checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the patio by the fire. This was the first time we could bring our dog along which was wonderful. We hope to come back soon!

We had 6 guys stay for a weekend, for an annual golf tournament held in Spooner. The cabin fit our group comfortably. We really didn’t spend much time there but the time we did spend there was very nice and relaxing. Having McKenzie Landing so close was a great option to walk to for a good meal and a couple cocktails. The cabin was clean, the beds were comfortable, check in-out instructions were very clear and the communication with the owners was great. We will most likely be looking to book it again next year!
