Welcome to Springdale, UT, gateway to breath-taking Zion National Park.
Being on retreat (and getting out of busy city hubs) is an important and natural inclination... Especially when one is in the midst of change, opportunity, transition, exploration, seeking a bit of sanctuary, or embarking on new adventures in life. And Springdale/Zion National Park is an amazing place to do any or all of those things.
Are you an awesome individual, couple, family, business person, or friends looking to be on retreat or sub-lease a place in Zion for August & September? Great! This is a very rare and wonderful opportunity to rent a space in Zion for 2 months (July 28 - Sept 28) while the long-term tenant travels.
* Beautiful home in beautiful location! Feels like living on retreat every day!
* Spacious 2 Bedroom/2 Bath ~ 1,200 sq feet.
* High ceilings, lots of windows, beautiful views of Zion mountains
* Location: On a quiet, retreat-like lane. This secluded gem of a sanctuary is on 3/4 acres of land with peach, apricot, cherry, apple trees, shade trees, a hammock, deer & visiting chickens :o)
* Conveniently located in town, but away from noise and traffic.
* 1/2 block from Sol Foods, Deep Creek, MeMeâs. 1 mile from Zion Park Entrance. You can walk to most everything from here & take the Free Shuttle to the rest.
* Wi-Fi, Washer/Dryer on site
* Must be clean, neat, responsible, reliable, great stewards of the space and land, non-smokers, drug-free, low-to-no alcohol use, no pets.
* Must be great neighbor(s), quiet, honest, trustworthy, good communicator(s), mindful of noise. Studio tenants live next door on site.
* Utilities run about $200 - $300/mo.
* Because this is a 2 month rental, Earnest Money/Security Deposit and Rental Agreement are required.
* Car available: Mazda Touring 3 (4 door + hatch back) can also be used/rented! (Call to discuss terms)
* 60 Day rental requested. No nightly rentals, please.
