My spouse and i had a great experience with the LaQuinta in Tennessee in 2024 and decided to try again closer to home. We will most likely stay again in the future. It's in a good location for variety of restaurants, coffee stands, hospital not far, gas stations and various other shopping and sightseeing areas. Only concern we had was the checking in part via online. It was rectified after calling LaQuinta, but could of been upsetting since traveling out of state.

Huge room with TWO televisions. The breakfast and staff are better than average. The bathroom is very small and the toilet is VERY short.

For unknown reason, Expedia messed up our reservation, La Quinta didn’t have the room type we reserved available which wasn’t a big deal but additional time spent at resolving the issue was a bit annoying. The staff was very friendly. Room is clean but more lighting is needed. The weird light switch between the bed requires a call to front desk to figure it out. Free breakfast was very disappointing comparing to past stay in California locations. Very limited hot entrees and the scrambled eggs was very salty . Waffle was too sweet. Coffee not impressive.

Walkable to Outback Steakhouse if you want to indulge in their drinks and they also offer discounts on other bearby restaurants. Also very short drive to Chick-fil-A. Inly issues I had had a board below my nightstand covering up very recent elctronic updating which I accidentally bumped while searching for z dropped itwm. It then fell. Electonic charging options are fantastic!. Only real problem was that internet kept disconnecting on my tablet. Couldn't even tapvand try to connect again. Could be my room's location. Bed was top notch. Long time since I've had such a great mattress atca hotel.

Great location for Duck game day

Great location for getting to and from the game. Plenty of restaurant and amenity choices nearby even within walking distance. Encountered a couple house keeping folks who really did not want to be there…. But maybe it was just a not so hot day for them. Front desk was great.

ADA Failure

We were given an ADA room designed for wheelchair access in the shower. While the idea is fantastic, the execution was horrible. The water from the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor. We needed 7 towels the first night, and 9 towels the 2nd night to dry the floor. When I spoke with the front desk, their only response was that the city signed off on it. When I asked about a liability issue, she literally shrugged her shoulders at me. While we didn't have an ADA member with us, this lack of attention to detail is amazing. The attached photos show how much water leaks out. This was the initial cleaning so that we wouldn't slip, fall, and break our necks. Please avoid this hotel at all costs.

Our breakfast was very good and a nice variety. Our beds were so comfortable and our room (2 Queen Suite) was spacious and very nicely appointed. The staff was very helpful and friendly/ We will stay there again!
