The stay from hell that invaded my privacy

I checked in with my family for the State Fair we left the hotel about 4 and when we returned at 11 my room was wide open when I came into the hotel I grab the manager and advise of what has happened nd they act like it was my fault there was no rooms available to change rooms so my family was disrespected and it was nothing i could do so now I have my mother and daughter that are terrified…talked to the manager and all he could say is it’s a good coaching moment wow so I just walked out

This was a really nice hotel for just a night's stop. It was clean, quiet, modern and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and had many great choices. My only issue was that the wifi makes you watch an ad before accessing and does it almost every time you try to access it. I would stay there again!
