Conveniently located to the highway, as well as dining and shopping. Staff was excellent -- very friendly and helpful above and beyond. The room was comfortable with all the right amenities (I stayed here for the Eugene Marathon).

This is a great property for its access to the highway and nearby shopping and restaurants.
The front desk clerk was awesome -- friendly and efficient. The room is comfortable, with all the essentials.

Not-so-good!
Posted Feb. 27, 2024 on HotelsWe had a not-so-good experience. First, I must say this motel is very clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The problem is this is a very old motel and needs updating. Our issue was with insulation. Our main problem stemmed from the fact that you could see daylight around the door. It did not close securely and not only was cold air blowing into our room (as though there was an open window) but the noise was at a level 10 all night long. This motel is situated near the freeway and all night long we heard racing cars, squealing tires and voices. We really had to crank up the heat in the room because it was so cold. Thus, not very eco-friendly. The bed was also covered with a plastic mattress pad underneath the sheets. Every time we rolled over, you would think we were laying on bubble wrap. The crackling was deafening and disturbing!

We'll look into the insulation issue right away! As for the mattress protector, it is there to protect the mattress and keep it clean for our guests, though your feedback about the sound it makes is very helpful. We are glad to hear that our staff was accommodating, though please let us know during your visits if there is anything we can help with while you're here because we are more than happy to make things right!
