The property was clean. However, based on our room location it was very noisy and it was a brutal night of sleep. Also, even though check out was at 11, the housekeeper tried to enter our room at 8:30 and 9:15. Luckily we had the deadbolt secured.

Room faced a busy road with moderate traffic noise. Other rooms may actually be quieter. Also had an internal door to adjoining room which was not soundproof and allowed the conversation and loud noises to be heard from the room next door. Room was otherwise comfortable and service was good.

We had two rooms. Room 1: Brand new carpet and overall clean. Furniture and bathroom was dated and worn but not to a negative concern. AC worked great and created an excellent white noise. Slept great. Room 2: Musty, stained carpet, old, dated and tired. But, good AC, shower drained, and toilet flushed. Outdoor courtyard was great with very tasteful and well manicured landscape. Evening staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, for the price, definitely worth room 1 and would come back. Would not come back for room 2. It appears that they are working to turn around the property but have a ways to go. If staying here, request an updated room.

Second time staying at this location. Easy access to I-5. Staff are super friendly and helpful. It's an older hotel, but has been well maintained. If we come back to the area will stay again!

Charged me extra for a pet and put me in a different room even though that wasn’t in the original booking. Otherwise it’s definitely more of a 2 star hotel than 3 like it says. Very old facilities, bathroom is very outdated and has rusty fixtures.

A comfortable stay with neighborhood options.

This is a nice, low cost option. For a business trip, I often leave ok for clean cheap accommodations. I do not receive a large stipend for overnight travels. Village Inn is very close to a grocery store, fine dinning, and a freeway for ease of travel(not to close that it is noisy).

The property is beautiful. The rooms clean, and I appreciated the in room coffee maker. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was offered water bottles, and more coffee supplies if needed. Staff able to let me know where close restaurants were located. I appreciated the help and I felt valued.
