LOVELY 3 BED SPACIOUS HOLIDAY BUNGALOW
-- Near Perranporth + St Agnes
This is the perfect holiday location, very central in Cornwall, ideal to get out and about exploring the amazing beaches and attractions nearby.
Set in Communal Gardens and Grounds with amazing new huge Children's play area, football and basketball area. Perfect for families.

Great location on lovely Holiday Complex, with lovely facilities (seasonal) The indoor swimming pool and sauna can be found in the Reception Building, aswell as the bar and restaurant, amusements / games room. There is outdoor play area, tennis courts, crazy golf, set in communal gardens. This is a lovely safe place for children to relax and play.
PLEASE NOTE ..... If access to facilities is required, there is a ÂŁ5 charge per guest for the Facilities Pass for your stay. This is due before your arrival, or On arrival at Reception - staff will give you the Facilities Passes.

Lovely modern property, decorated in a charming seaside style, well equipped property with everything you could need.

This is a fantastic location in Cornwall, with so many amazing beaches nearby. Perranporth beach is just a short drive down the road, this is the perfect seaside town with stunning beach, surf school, lovely cafes restaurants and bars, shops and take aways.

St Agnes beach is also very close, this is a lovely beach with great cafe/ bar and surf school.

Truro is just a few miles away, this is a fantastic city centre with the big stores, plenty of restaurants and bars, and Truro Cathedral is well worth a visit.
Newquay is also very close, with its amazing surfing beaches, great restaurants bars etc.

This is a fantastic area of Cornwall, im sure you would have the most amazing stay here.
The staff here are so lovely and nothing is too much trouble. This Park is set in communal gardens with play area, ideal for children to play and relax

PLEASE NOTE : We can accommodate 6 guests here. Guests are not permitted to bring extra guests to the property or the Holiday Park at all. Only booked guests are allowed to spend time at the property.

All facilities are seasonal -- offered from March to October half term. We can offer great value stays here outside of these dates, but without facilities available.
We can accept 1 dog at certain times ...... please contact us regarding this. This is not always possible so it is vital to check this BEFORE booking please.
There is a small additional cost for a dog, and certain guidelines to follow to avoid any damage or problems.

All beds will be made up for 6 guests. Please bring your own towels

All cars park on the car park here --- which is ideal without constant traffic around the site. This means it is lovely and safe for children to play and relax.

Small charge of ÂŁ45 to bring 1 dog ...... our cleaning co. have to do extra cleaning and use anti viral products to remove odours etc ...... as we do have to consider the comfort of other guests ...... So this is vital ........ Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring a dog .... as this is not always possible
It is absolutely vital that we are aware if you wish to bring a dog ---- as we need to ensure our cleaners work hard to remove odours / hairs etc ..... to ensure the comfort of other guests.

Please Note ---- if we already have guests booked just after your dates -- with allergies --- then we can no possibly accept a booking with a dog.

The park we stayed on was family friendly The accommodation worked for all 7 of us There were a couple of things - the oven dial was difficult to read as the settings had worn off and the remote for the Tv was temperamental We slept in the 2 single beds and we could feel the springs underneath

Easy, Reliable stay

The owner was very informative, keeping me up to date at every turn. She was very polite and courteous, wishing us a great holiday and even wishing me well at the end of the holiday. Would definitely look at booking again. It is a central location with easy access to towns nearby.

Lovely property fab location

Enjoyed staying at the property excellent ! This Review was definitely not the property owners fault it was the park itself ( John Fowler ) Staff The welcome we got from the actual staff On the John Fowler park absolutely terrible especially as we had just had a 7 hour drive from Manchester and was expecting a warm welcome I think they all need a lesson in customer service!! We arrived a bit early to check in so went to straight the bar on the site. As you do on your hols A young waitress came out to serve us me my husband and two sons 21 , 23 , Me and my husband asked for beers my 21 a diabetic asked for Diet Coke my 23 year old who by the way has full grown beard and moustache) asked for a beer unfortunately he didn’t have l .d . With him so the waitress said sorry we can’t serve you which was fair enough and he said fine , Not a problem and then he didn’t want a drink , as he has not been asked for I’d in years and l think he felt a bit embarrassed ! As He is quite a shy lad But what we thought was absolutely totally out of order was When the waitress arrived with our drinks she she said To him Quote ! ( my manger said if we see you drinking any of these beers you will all be asked to leave immediately and drinks taken away ) , we were all thinking by now what sort of holiday place is this , and we all looked at each other in disbelief We reported this and the next evening the actual manger came and apologised offering us all a free drink he said the waitress had said they looked about 12 years old maybe he should have come and had a look at my 23 with a beard and moustache which did make me wonder what sort of clientele were they used to,on this holiday park , and the damaged had already been done Just terrible service all round ruined the start of our holiday , on a positive note loved Cornwall and didn’t have a problem at any of the other restaurants or bars in Cornwall we visited ,

Fab for Families!

Property was clean and spacious, site had loads for kids to do - swimming pool, tennis courts, crazy golf, outdoor play area. There was a large bar with games and food on site was good too (eat in or take away and you could also get breakfast). Will definitely stay again!
