Laterra condo in King and Bear World Golf Village

We have lived in King and Bear at World Golf Village for 3 years. We rented this condo after selling our home in the neighborhood and used it as a base while traveling around Florida and looking for a new home. Many of these condos in Laterra are lovely and updated. Unfortunately, this is not one of those. It was not our favorite VRBO. Check in and communication was great but the unit is dark and dated with dirty range, stained carpet, unappealing bathroom and an occasional roach scurrying by. We cleared that up with Zevo. If you want a luxury experience we cannot recommend this unit but it is gated, safe, reasonably priced, good wifi and tv’s, comfy bed. The courtyard is fenced with doggie waste station right outside the unit and it is a very dog friendly community! The golf and amenities are wonderful and there are good shops and restaurants in Murabella outside the King and Bear entrance gate. If bringing a dog be prepared for an annoying amount of paperwork.
