2 Bed, 2 Bath with ocean view, just steps to the beach w/ private beach access

This 2nd Floor in the P Building at Ocean Village Club is in a ocean-front gated community on St. Augustine Beach. This ocean front complex offers a variety of amenities for year-round fun and relaxation. Enjoy swimming in a heated pool or in the ocean; play tennis on the newly remodeled courts, play shuffleboard, or work out in the fitness room.

This newly remodeled condo has beautiful views of the ocean, as seen from the photos. Located near the ocean-side pool and the beach, this unit features high ceilings, a northern exposure, Free WiFi and beautiful renovations including brand new flooring in the bedrooms most recently.

This condo is tastefully decorated, very clean and is a Non-Smoking Unit.

New 50 inch Samsung tv in the living room and upgraded TVs in each bedroom.

Come and visit us for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation at the beach! This condo features a newly remodeled kitchen and both baths, mostly tile floors, comfortable king bed in the master bedroom, new comfortable furniture throughout and everything you will need for a great, relaxing vacation at the beach.

We have rented here at OVC more than 10 years, and now own our two beautiful units and want to share it with you. We have several guests who have returned every year. Come stay with us and see why they keep coming back! We would love to have you come to the beach and join our family of guests.

** The Ocean Village Club community association limits guests to one pet per unit. The community also requires all pets to be registered with the community at check-in. The registration fee is $50. Please keep this in mind when booking.

OVC has restricted breeds, please check with us prior to booking if you plan to bring your pet**

The amenities on the property were great and its a short walk to the beach. Its pleasant sitting out on the patio listening to the ocean. The condo was nice but dated and needed some further cleaning. Seemed like the cleaning crew just ran through quickly prior to us coming.

It was the perfect place to stay. Steps away from the beach and plenty of places to walk our dog. All the furniture was very comfortable too. The A/C didn’t work properly when we got there. We called and they sent someone immediately (a Saturday evening, too!). It was fixed in less than a hour. I was very satisfied with our entire experience.

The complex property was very nice and well cared for. Our unit was clean with an ocean view. The unit could have had more towels especially wash cloths and kitchen towels along with more dishes and mugs. Beyond that it was a great stay at an excellent location.

Close to the property’s beach access and pool. Unit is Just as pictured. Ice cold air, great water pressure and the unit has plenty of kitchen pots, pans, utensils. Unit is super clean and very clean floors - nice job cleaning crew!!! Quiet building and easy parking. We do NOT recommend the sleeper sofa for an adult.

We love OVC! Have stayed here many times. The condo was in a great location, super close to the pool and the beach. Condos were close to anything you could want or need. Grocery stores close and several good restaurants.

Mother's Day Weekend Stay

My sister, niece and enjoyed a wonderful weekend reconnecting. Stores and restaurants were close and historic St. Augustine a short drive. The condo was well appointed, we had a wonderful time.

Great fall beach trip

Truly great!

This condo is worth the trip and pricing! Gated area and private access to the beach! Easy to get around the island from here with lots of food options and grocery stores within minutes of the location. The condo was clean and exactly as expected. The view from the balcony is an added bonus and is very relaxing to enjoy coffee on!

Great getaway

The property was exactly as advertised. We visited between Christmas and New Year's for a few days. The beach was accessible and quiet, as was the condo development. We didn't need anything as far as amenities, and the location is close enough to St. Augustine to enjoy the city without too much time lost in commuting, but it is far enough south to make easy work of destinations down the coast. There are plenty of restaurants and essentials (Publix, CVS, etc) near the condo. We would stay again.

Fantastic location, well-stocked

We have stayed 4 times in this area last 4 years. This condo is the best one yet. Easy access to pool, beach, coffee, groceries, and 15 min from city center. Decor is cute, kitchen is well-stocked with pans and utensils which is rare. Very clean interior and nice with more recent renovations. Can’t wait to return next year!
