Wake up to the sound of the surf and the birds rustling in the palm trees. Greet the sun from the balcony overlooking the dunes and beach.
This cheery corner unit features great location next to the beach walkover and has windows in both bedrooms facing south as well toward the ocean.

The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the ensuite bath has a new, large walk-in shower with seat and dual-use showerhead.
Ceiling fans are found throughout this nicely furnished unit. The bright new kitchen is fully equipped including icemaker and built-in microwave.
Cable TV is present in the living room and both bedrooms. Wi-Fi is free. The laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer and contains beach chairs and umbrella for your enjoyment.

Enjoy one of the very best beaches in the USA!

Family summer beach trip

We enjoyed staying here. The condo was just right for our family. The beds are very comfortable! The location is perfect and magical views of the sunrise every morning! The only confusing part was check in/out and parking. We had two cars and getting a pass for the second car was confusing. Also the instructions did not tell us where to turn in the keys when we left. We will definitely be back!

Family Gathering

Unit was very clean, tidy and fully stocked. Our only issue was rust on the outdoor furniture which marked our clothing. (It's difficult to keep metal outdoor furniture from rusting due to the salt from the Ocean.) Wonderful stay!

Beautiful beach, close to many activities

We enjoyed the beautiful beach that is not overly crowded as much as we could and had some nice family time. There were lots of restaurants to choose from close by, as well as grocery stores for meals in the room. There were lots of things to do in historic St. Augustine, as well as an evening playing miniature golf. It was a very relaxing week and I would recommend it to people of all ages.

Fantastic location!

We had a perfect stay! I wish it was available for more nights, but the 3 were perfect! Beach was great, unit was perfect and the kids loved it! We had 3 kids 5 and under and this was our first family vacay!! It was great!! Hope to get it next year!!

Great view, great location.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is older but was perfect for our needs. Great location, comfortable bed in the master bedroom, love the wide beaches, nice view from the balcony. Also enjoyed the hot tubs(there are 5 in the complex).

All of the properties in the area are older Florida type properties. This place was very clean and served our trip perfectly. Having to pay $15.00 for a second parking place I felt was a little ridiculous. All in all everything was good.
