Beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bath ground floor unit with a covered patio. This completely remodeled space features granite counters and top-of-the-line appliances. It is located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, just a few homes away from the beach. The unit has a fenced-in backyard and is pet-friendly. Wireless internet is also included!

This open-concept, fully remodeled flat is perfect for your vacation getaway. Conveniently located on the ground floor, you can prepare meals in the stunning kitchen equipped with high-end appliances. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. Additionally, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, allowing for a total occupancy of up to 6 guests. The unit also offers a dedicated fenced-in backyard and an outdoor shower.

This rental was perfect for my family! Close proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the pier meant we could enjoying walking to our activities. This space has perfect upgrades that make it beautiful and functional. We had all needed towels, linens, and cookware. I would stay here again!

great location to relax

This place is in a great location. Walk to the beach, coffee or a Cali burrito. These are not complaints. Just of note: - Not a lot of supplies. If you need foil or plastic bags, etc. Bring them. Usually, these things are there from previous visitors but not here. - No beach supplies. So you need to bring those too. Again, surprising. I have not stayed at a place before without these items. - There's only 1 parking spot. This wasn't an issue for me with one car and it's better than no spot. Just a heads up for those who may have more than one car. - Small backyard for the doggos. - No BBQ. So do not plan on grilling.

Incredible beach vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect location to the beach and within walking distance to many fun restaurants. We traveled with our dog and the fenced in yard was a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute, compact and convenient!

We had 4 adults (2 couples) stay a long weekend. The place was updated, clean and truly only steps from the beach! It’s definitely on the small side, but we didn’t hang out there much - there are so many restaurants and places to go so close by we pretty much just showered and slept at the house. The fenced back yard was great for our dog too!

Weekend getaway

Condo was just what we needed for our long weekend in St Augustine. Clean and close to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shop. Great for a small family and would use again / recommend to others for future trips!

Great Thanksgiving

My husband, mother in law, and two dogs stayed over thanksgiving while my parents rented the upstairs. It had a great size kitchen for all of our cooking. And the closets in the bedroom are huge. The backyard was a little inconvenient going out the front door to access but we still had a great time.

Family vacation

Location is excellent! We were disappointed that maintenance hadn’t been done. The lightbulb is out above the stove. The door to the washer/dryer is missing. The wand to the blinds in one of the bedroom is missing and was never replaced. The king bed is uncomfortable, you can feel the springs. The portable grill provided is VERY tiny. The grass was long in the backyard. The shower curtain is way too short so water kept getting on the floor when we showered. We just thought these things should have been fixed since we paid a good amount to stay here!

Family Spring Break

Teachers Spring Break

My wife is a teacher and had spring break the last week of March. Myself, her and the dog stayed for the first time in St. Augustine. The property was great, location is perfect, 5 houses off the beach, walking distance to restaurants. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Great Location

This property is great for older couple or young family. Very clean and accommodating and exceptionally close to beach and restaurants on a1a beach Blvd. Only negative I have is that living room furniture could use ottoman or other end tables but great property!!

Couldn’t beat the beach experience
totally relaxing but invigorating at the same time. Privacy but within an area easily walkable to fulfill most of your needs. The bathroom, shower and tub drain could use some attention.

Great place. Updated and clean. Short walk down dead end street to beach. Back yard was fenced and allowed dogs freedom from the leash. Beach also dog friendly. Very quiet. Checkin was a breeze as was expectations for check out. We’d rent again.

Mini-vacay

This property was perfect for me and my 2 dogs. The unit was super clean and the towels and sheets smelled fresh and newly washed. I didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well equipped. The fenced back yard was perfect for my 2 dogs to have a little freedom to roam. Beach access was easy and the neighborhood seemed very safe. I once lived in St Augustine and have stayed in several rentals, but this rental is now at the top of my list!
