Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with onsite Front Desk and Staff

With tropical turquoises and teals, this 3rd floor balcony suite is beautiful beach bungalow. This condo has laminate flooring throughout which makes clean up easy. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room has a memory foam sleeper mattress and is the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean view or the view of the 32" Flat Screen TV. Accentuate the ocean breeze with the ceiling fan in the living room. The kitchenette is perfect for the light cooking, with a new countertop, stove top and sink. There is also a dishwasher, toaster oven in addition to the standard microwave. This condo has a unique bathroom with a walk in shower and comfort height toilet. The tiny details of the tile work, remind you that you are on vacation at the beach. In the private bedroom the king sized Beautyrest mattress is a great night's sleep. This condo is the perfect beach escape for a couple or small family. Please, NO PETS ALLOWED! Minimum age to rent is 21 years old. This condo is located in the oceanfront building, overlooking the pool and the ocean, only steps away from the south end elevator.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachers. The view from our condo was wonderful, especially the sun rises. Walks on the beach was so nice. The only negatives were no cable on tv and the bedroom needed darkening blinds because of lights from outside.

This was a great, quaint little place. Just steps from the beach. Very close to the elevator as well. Quiet place. Dog-friendly beach. Beautiful view from our room. Kitchen had plenty of utensils. Enjoyed our stay very much. No complaints.

The view and access to the beach were by far the most exciting part of our stay. The condo was small but clean, and the bed was comfortable. We traveled with our four-month old, and we had to get creative with where to put the pack ‘n play in the small bedroom, but we were grateful for the king-sized bed. The kitchenette served us well, the rocking chair and couch were comfortable, and the walk-in shower was spacious and nice. Those little pebbles in the floor were different and comfortable on the feet! The dishwasher was a little rickety but it did have a sanitize cycle, so I appreciated that. The building was being renovated during our stay, but we didn’t have any issues with noise. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the place!

Great getaway

This area has the remote quiet that we wanted for our beach trip, yet was close driving distance to all things St. Augustine. We will definitely come back. The apartment had everything we needed for a great stay.

Dirty, smelly, small. Elevator out of order. Construction banging on the unit next door at 5:30 am Saturday. Only redeeming quality was the view and proximity to the beach. Is pet friendly but very very very small gross pet walk area and no other grass.

Great Location, but Scalding Water from Broken Kitchen Faucet

Beacher's Lodge is a great location with easy beach access and ocean front balconies. However, the units are older and small. My primary concern was the broken kitchen faucet that would not allow appropriate water temperature regulation - watch the scald - Property manager unable to correct the issue - so if you are in 306 - BEWARE!!!

Lovely little condo

It’s small but doesn’t feel cramped. The kids said the pull out couch was comfortable. The patio overlooks the pool and is a wonderful place to relax and look at the ocean. The beach is a quick walk over the boardwalk. The pool was a quite big 85 degrees and was very nice! There is no oven in the condo, but there is a microwave, toaster oven and toaster. Plenty of kitchen utensils and a dishwasher as well. Dish soap and dish towels were provided, as well as 2 garbage bags. Decorations are cute and condo is in decent shape. Would recommend.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating! The room was beautiful and very cozy. We really loved the convenience of the room to the pool and beach. The whole experience was awesome. We will definitely stay there again.

Easy family vacation

We had a very nice time at #306. My two daughters (6 and 2) enjoyed the “secret bed” (pullout couch) and the view is gorgeous. The space is small but clean. We weren’t in the condo much except for lunch and to sleep. For anyone planning to cook, there’s two stove eyes, a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and dishwasher but no oven. I might bring my crockpot next time. We really enjoyed eating our dinner by the pool at the covered patio tables. The front office staff were kind and brought us towels and extra sheets for the pullout couch when we needed them. We loved our stay. Thank you for having us.

Cute little condo on the beach. Upon arrival, we were yelled at by property manager about dogs being on rocks under palm trees. One area for doggie relief about the size of a postage stamp and at least 50 other dogs on property. It is a brisk 10 minute walk from this condo to get there. My dog doesn't know 10 minutes before she has to go!
