The space
Set within a 1922 duplex, this downstairs unit offers a private, self-contained stay for up to four guests. High ceilings, tile floors, and natural light create an open and inviting atmosphere, while a private entrance and no interior connection to the upstairs unit ensure indoor privacy throughout your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms each feature a queen bed, providing a comfortable setup for small groups or families. A full bathroom with a bathtub and bathroom essentials supports a relaxed and easy stay.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals at home, whether you’re starting your morning or winding down in the evening. A dining table offers space to gather and enjoy meals together.
