The living room is furnished with leather couches, 50 inch plasma, complete entertainment system with surround sound, DVD, and iPod hook so you can listen to all your favorite tunes. The master bedroom has a 43 inch wall mounted plasma. The second bedroom has a 19 inch flat panel television with DVD. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and is fully stocked with all kitchen utensils, glassware and plates.

Short oceanfront stay

Great location and spacious property with large balcony. Everything you can think of was there including beach chairs and umbrella. Some issues with shortages in primary bathroom and balcony, could be easily repaired. We loved our visit and would gladly stay again!

This condo unit is very nice. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. The view is lovely being on the 3rd floor. There are a lot of steps and no elevator so if you can’t climb steps this might be difficult. It’s very quiet and so close to restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The host is accessible and answers all questions immediately.

We really enjoyed the condo. All was as advertised - the condo was clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed the big patio and the view of the beach couldn’t be beat. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Only suggestion is some tall chairs on the patio so you don’t have to look through the railing!

Nice stay by the beach

This top floor (Level 3) apartment has great views over the top of the dunes to the beach and ocean and the balcony really IS as wide as the photos show! Parking is conveniently at the bottom of the stairs (no elevator). The apartment is nicely decorated and furnished, and is very comfortable. The patio door on to the balcony is showing it's age and frequent use and is heavy to slide on the rails, but that was the only fault.The beach here is lovely and wide with firm sand which is easy to walk on, and there are lots of eating places a short walk away.I enjoyed my 4 night stay here.

Delightfully surprised

There was so much to do in the area and so much history to explore. Just a short trip into St. Augustine or to various state parks, attractions, restaurants and coffee shops. The view of the Atlantic and the sound of the waves at night made for a great nights sleep.

Perfect Location

This condo is wonderfully located for everything you want to do. It is a short 10 minute drive to old town. It is within walking distance of several very good restaurants. Best of all, it sits on an outstanding sand beach which you can walk on for miles. An added bonus is the amazing sunrises on the large balcony.

Location and view from this property can't be beat. You will never want to leave. Well stocked for cooking on premises and for enjoying the beach. Beautiful, comfortable furnishings and accents. Host was very accessible if needed.There are easily walkable restaurants, coffee shops, etc... in addition to the great beach view across the entire condo.

Stunning Ocean Views!!

We highly recommend this unit! The view from the enormous balcony is a stunner! We spent a lot of time out there listening to the waves and watching the surfers. The private beach is beautiful and we loved the pool at the end of a day. The unit itself is lovely and spacious. Our only complaint was that it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. Overall though, 5 stars!! We didn’t want to leave! We’ll be back!!
