It was excellent!!! The staff was super friendly and very helpful and the property is well maintained, location is great. We were able to walk around. Will definitely stay again.

Have been here before, great value for St. Augustine. They even stored my bikes in the garage, so I didn't have to put tem in the room. The couple that runs the place are top notch.

This hotel is one of the most cost-effective and clean hotel I have been in. I traveled with a group of women and we felt very safe! a It was sold out no vacancy and they contacted me ahead to ensure my check-in was smooth. Our hotel faced the church and the Main Street but it was shockingly quiet!!! I would definitely book this pace.

The room was very dated. Especially the bathroom. It looked liked the tub had been painted a while ago. The paint was chipped away in many areas. The hot water tap in the tub ran all the time, I could not shut it off. I told the woman at the front desk about it. She wasn’t very concerned. There were hairs in the tub and on the floor. The towels were gray, very dingy. The shower curtain was also very dingy, with stains on it. The staff were very nice. The mattress and pillow were comfy. There was a security chain on the doorframe but there wasn’t a latch to put it on. The location is perfect. I have no idea how this place has a rating of 8.

Very kind staff, very clean, was very walkable to every main attraction and down town overall would stay there again! Definitely worth the price for the location. Great spot of you plan on spending most of the day out but also very comfortable to relax in the room.

Wonderful stay!

Absolutely LOVED everything about this hotel. Excellent location close to the historic district. Super clean room. Super comfy bed. (I loved the extra comforter as my husband likes to freeze me.) This was part of a multi location visit, and I had known we would like this hotel as week as we did then we would have spent our entire vacation in St. Augustine. We will definitely be back!
