Loud barking dogs. The front desk would not move our room to even a lesser room to get away from the noise. Stay somewhere else if you value sleep. I do not recommend this hotel. Not a good experience.

We didn’t pay for a beach front view. Even beach front is far from the beach. We got a nice view of the slab coving the valet parking. No self parking and around $50 a night valet parking plus tips. A nice hotel for meetings if the company pays for it. Air conditioning is loud in room.

The room was very clean and organized and had a partial view of the beach that was amazing! The hotel staff was great and very accommodating. The TV was not working as expected and the engineers were there very promptly to take care of the problem. The bathtub did have some rust and needs to be updated, but overall a great experience.

Loved the view from our room even though it turned out to be a partial view. You have to read the fine print when booking. It was a quiet and safe area. The staff and service were excellent. We listened to our check in person and he guided us to all of the right places to eat and have fun like Harry’s Seafood and the Alligator Farm.

I enjoy the amentities in the beautiful, clean Lobby with the helpful and pleasant staff. The room was spacious and clean and had a side ocean view over the courtyard which was beautiful to awaken and see. I would definitely return and enjoy this property again. The staff added to a pleasant stay. Everything was convenient, comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was also very over the top! No complaints and I have stayed at many hotels.

The property and staff was excellent. The breakfast and happy hour was excellent as well. The room furniture does not fit the the rest of the hotel. Tables looked like they can from ikea. I was also disappointed by the $40 a night requires valet parking although the valet staff was very efficient. I appreciated the beach chairs but thought the umbrella should come with the room rental.
