PRV 215. This bright and sunny 2nd floor ocean view unit has just been completely renovated. It overlooks a tranquil lagoon with fountains and the beach beyond. Its location provides easy access to the pool, hot-tub and walkway to the beach.
You will find the decor inviting and relaxing. All furnishings, flooring, carpets and bedding are new. The Kitchen has all new custom cabinetry, counters and stainless steel appliances. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and 40" wall-mounted flat screen HD TV. The Master Bathroom has custom vanity cabinetry, linen closet, shower tiles, tub and shower doors. The Living Room has a 46" wall-mounted flat screen HD TV with Blue-ray player. The Guest Room has Twin beds with bureau and TV. The Guest Bath has a new shower stall with tile walls and floor.
