Our pool is open all year and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
2 free private parking spots and 2 FULL bathrooms. Located in downtown.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. We are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, ONSITE PARKING IS FREE.
The interior of this upstairs apartment (with an inside staircase leading directly to pool area) has been tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and mattresses.
2 KING beds
The pool area has launch chairs, umbrellas and dining table for the perfect meal.

Flat screen TVs in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.
The apartment is equipped with 2 full baths. One that includes a tub/shower combination and one bathroom with a shower.

The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in the apartment with detergent for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, and utensils.
We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the front door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

tough climb

I am 68 years old and cannot climb steps . No where in the description did it say that the rental was on the second floor with 20 steps to reach the top, straight up. I will ask more questions in the future. Called the owner and all they could say was sorry. They should be required to state that this apartment is on the second floor without an elevator.

Almost better than my own home

Kirsten has the condo better than fully furnished. From little touches like a drying rack down to by the pool to post-it notes. Anything you need to cook and wonderful beds and pillows. A GREAT assortment of books for casual reading, one of my wife's favorite things, and the great pool area, where I was able to just sit around with the fans on the patio going, and catch up with my family who rented the other 3 units. I can't say enough about the facilty. I found it to be at least a 10 star property.

Convenience and comfort

Two couples shared Apartment 4 for a wonderful long weekend. Perfect central location allowed us to walk downtown for sightseeing and dinners without the parking hassle. Easy drive to beaches and light house. Apartment had everything we needednincluding a beautiful backyard pool. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Find in Florida

Location was great- short walk to lots of places in St. Augustine. Quiet neighborhood with friendly folks to talk to on our walks. Place was clean and comfortable. Host answered all inquiries quickly. Would recommend this spot and if we ever make it back to St. Augustine this is our spot. Did I mention bed was very comfortable?

Such a cute property, well within walking distance of the historical downtown and all the places we were headed to. Getting checked in was simple and the apartment we rented was so cozy and clean. The only thing that bothered me was the fact we couldn't stay longer to enoy the pool. Next time we're staying for a week at minimum!!!

Clean & comfortable with modern kitchen & appliances. Spacious rooms with door to master BR allowing privacy. Comfortable king beds in both bedrooms. Great showers and fluffy, clean towels. Very well appointed unit. We stayed upstairs in the two bedroom two bath apartment. The unit was very clean and accommodating. Great stay in old St Augustine

Unit was great. Very clean, well appointed. Owner was very helpful. We were in the heart of historic St. Augustine and had our own parking. All attractions were within 15-20 minute walk. Did not have to hassle with in-town parking. If you want the flavor of historic St. Augustine, this place is perfect.

Walking Distance to Downtown

Clean, simple 2 bedroom, 2 bath Second Story VBRO that worked great for us. Liked being able to walk to fish camp or distillery for meals, and the the opposite direction for downtown activities
