Building was clean, room was as expected, there is a bit of construction around, but site was organized and maintained.

Not Old Reliable This Time
Posted Feb. 14, 2024 on HotelsI usually love Homewood Suites, but this time was a disappointment. We had a 2 bedroom suite. The bathroom in the back bedroom had soiled incontinence underwear and medical patches sitting in the garbage and at 4:00 am the a/c starting making such a racket, we had to turn it off in order to go back to sleep. When we told front desk the next morning they didn't seem to really care all that much.

The property itself is good. The air system is super loud and hard to ignore. Still lots of construction next door, and as everyone has complained about-the parking fee is too high.

Check your whole room!
Posted Feb. 10, 2024 on HotelsThe hotel overall was nice.... We didn't realize that there was only Valet parking available for $25/night. I was worried I missed this when I booked but we were not the only guests surprised by this. When we were all settled into our room we went to make the pull out bed for our son (ever the gentleman to let is sister have the bed) and we noticed that there were clothes folded up in the closet. When I brought it to the attention to the front desk all they did was send housekeeping to pick up the clothes. So.... Awesome.

Posted Feb. 9, 2024 on HotelsEveryone was professional, helpful, and friendly. Check-in was easy. A valet was required (we didn't know that), but the valet staff were really nice and fast.
