Welcoming stay

My stay was very pleasant, the staff is super friendly and the property was well maintained. The pool was clean, breakfast was tasty. They had cereal, yogurt, juice, eggs, sausage,waffles, mini muffins, bagels toast and coffee. The hotel is in a nice area and in a good location to the hwy shopping food and a grocery store.

I was charged 240 x2 when I should have been charged $164 x2. I keep Calling the front desk but every time I call I get a different answer. I had booked two rooms and didn’t stay for the whole duration of my stay but was still charged the full amount

When I checked in the hotel . They immediately condescendingly asked questions about service abumal. Did it not occur to them that I'm almost a 60-year-old woman needing a handicap room. When I went out to the car? There were three vagrants hanging out in the parking lot and went back in and told the manager, and she said she would handle it. She had not done anything by the time I got to the room

Honestly we didn’t have the best experience, the AC in our room leaked our entire stay and it soaked the carpet in the room and ruined some of our clothing that had to be thrown out…When we notified the front desk staff they never sent anyone to come and look at the issue. I’m just very disappointed, definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

First room rsvp smelled so bad like animal urine, and chemical smell. Had to be moved. The 2nd room moved into seemed fine for 5 minutes until the A/C busted. Had to be moved to a 3rd room. That room also smelled, but not as bad as the 1st one. The halls to the elevator also smelled like moisture and mildew.
