One of the best well stocked and home away from home condo's in St. Augustine! Neil and Patrick were amazing hosts! The place was immaculate! The beach was not overly crowded as closer to the pier in St. Augustine Beach. Easy access to the beach and the pools were close by. Views were perfect! Close to Historic St. Augustine! Used many of the Neil's recommendations and they were spot on! Highly recommend staying here! Well stocked kitchen for the cooks in our family! For fresh fish used Neil's recommended Kyle's on the North side of downtown. Fresh fish, dips, soups, and key lime pie were so good! Beds were really comfortable and the patio was all you needed after a day in the sun! Please book with Neil and Patrick- you will not be disappointed! Can't wait to come back! Thank you Neil and Patrick!

Family Vacay

Our family had the best trip. The condo has all amenities and more. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels for everyone. The large wagon was perfect for transporting everything to the beach. The home was beautifully decorated exactly as pictured. And the view, oh the view! We will definitely be back.

We loved the condo. It was decorated nicely, extremely well stocked, beds were comfy, view great. Pools were clean and well maintained, other guests were friendly. Beach was not over crowded. We had a great vacation.

We are definitely coming back here!

From the moment we walked into the door, we fell in love with this place! We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony and we had more than enough room for four adults to stay comfortably. We were provided with every amenity that we would need. Communication with Neal before and during our visit was very much appreciated. We’re already talking about another trip back here in the near future! Thank you, we had a great time!

Outstanding Beach Condo

All the other reviews are accurate. It is a great stay and the photos don’t do the view justice. Will add that the location can’t be beat. Proximity to grocery stores and restaurants is a huge plus and you can even walk to Parlor Donuts for donuts and coffee if you’re so inclined. Was a great condo for a family of five that includes older teens who seek space.

Condo is very clean, but wish they would not have used scented laundry soaps to wash all linens. Those scents are problematic to human health, and those with allergies especially.

There's truly nothing more that I can add that hasn't already been said in prior reviews. Room is beautiful, view from room in the pics doesn't do justice to the actual view. Room incredibly well appointed, tons of beach gear, incredible stocked kitchen, stocked laundry room. Wonderful time was had. Great job guys!

We had the best time! It was supposed to my whole family however my son injured his knee and was unable to go so my mom and I just went! Neal and Patrick offered other dates but we just couldn’t make them work! So we chose to come! It is a great condo and the attention to all the little details, such as, labeling everything, a book of info, the ambience when you walk and the perfect cleanliness was amazing! This place felt homey and inviting! The parking lot had water from the hurricane after effects and that was a little difficult to manage but we took it all with stride and called it the LAKE OF SHINE WATERS! I will be trying to book this condo again for my whole family to enjoy! Ooooo and the porch view is GLORIOUS!!! Thank you Neal and Patrick for a beautiful place to stay!

Fabulous!!

This condo was perfect! From it being immaculately clean to beautifully decorated to very well equipped, I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Even prior to booking, Neal was quick to respond to questions and after booking, was so helpful and informative. The condo had everything we needed - we’ve stayed in other places that were sorely lacking, especially in the kitchen, so I always bring all this stuff from home instead of being without items we need. This time I didn’t even need to unpack it because Neal & Patrick had thought of everything! The complex has two pools and a private boardwalk directly to the beach, so it’s the perfect location. Beds are comfortable, there’s a private balcony with comfy furniture with a view of the ocean. We loved it! We will definitely be back!

A Bit of Heaven in St. Augustine!

Our jaw dropped as soon as we walked in this gem! It is by far the best VRBO experience we've had. Beautiful, clean, spacious condo and they have thought of every little detail you might need. Great touches and instructions throughout the place. Neal and Patrick couldn't have been more gracious and helpful. We had a wonderful stay even with the uninvited guest of Hurricane Debby. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here. A delight from start to finish.
