Great communication with the host. Close to night of lights. Quite neighborhood. Hot tub was appreciated after walking around town. Quiet little backyard table to enjoy lunch on. Would highly recommend this location.

Nice little cottage perfect for one couple. Neighborhood is quiet, back porch is secluded and peaceful and downtown is just a short walk away. The hot tub is a nice little bonus as well.

Week-long Stay

My husband and I spent a week here in St. Augustine. We chose this place mainly based on walking distance to downtown and privacy. The house is very clean and cozy. Our stay was lovely and we loved being able to walk everywhere we went.

Great weekend

Stayed for a short weeekend trip. Great walkable location to downtown St Augustine and Lincolnville bars/restaurants. The place was welcoming and very clean. The backyard and hot tub setup also very private and serene. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place!

Perfect size for a couple. Hot tub was nice feature. Clean, well appointed (bathrobes are a big PLUS). Location was good - walk to everything - however the neighborhood is evolving - still quite a few abandoned properties.

We loved our stay!

We had a had a minor issue trying to check in with the code provided but my phone call was answered immediately and we cleared it up. Other than that, it was the perfect stay! The house is decorated lovely and the size was just perfect for our getaway! Highly recommend!

During our 4 night stay we absolutely enjoyed the property. The back yard landscaping was well planned out and executed. The restoration of this old Victors house was impressive. All the amenities were there and then some. One of the best stays we have had in our travels. Definitely recommended.
