This beautiful, charming, thoroughly UPDATED 1900 house lay in front of the oceanfront park facing the city's holiest spot, the Shrine of Our Lady Leche. 

Located in the historic district, you can visit all the shops and restaurants. There is no need for a car, and there is free parking for three cars.
Museums and other tourist sites are within 5-15 minutes' walking distance, and white sand beaches are only 5 minutes away.

We have superfast FIBER OPTIC 1 Gig WiFi and a chef's kitchen. PETS are welcome.

The space

This house was built 1900 in front of a tranquil ocean park called The National Shrine of Our Lady of Leche, home to the Diocese of St Augustine.

Founded in 1565 by Spain, this house was a gathering place for town folks on Sundays for social and religious events by the sprawling ocean park.

There is parking for three cars in the driveway. You can also park on this street.

PETS:
Pet owners, we allow up to 3 well-behaved dogs, age two and older, with a weight limit of 50 pounds each.
The dogs must be crate trained and have proof of an up-to-date rabies vaccine certificate, as Florida State requires.

We ask guests to pick up hair from their dogs' furniture, cushions, floors, and waste on the grounds during their stay.
If the cleaners have to pick up extensive amounts of waste or hair inside or outside, an additional fee of $299 and more will be charged.

Other things to note
It is right in the middle of the historic district, just a stone's throw away from busy commercial streets, a short walk to museums, and all the hot spots.

Leave your car in the driveway and walk to the corner for breakfast, coffee, or at a pizza parlour.

More formal restaurants are just another block away. The house has an easy hometown feel.

You can go fishing within 1/2 block from the house.

Bike for 25-35 minutes to spectacular Vilano beach along charming quiet streets.

Relax on the white sands of Vilano Beach or St.Augustine Beach, 10-15 minutes drive away, or golf further north.
