I was overcharged. They did not honor the fee I was given on Expedia. The room was noisy. Outside traffic and trains. The heating unit was loud. Wasn't happy

No TV service. Missed represented the use of hop on hop off trolley system said five dollars per room, but that was only two where you get on a trolley system.

The staff was lovely was the amenities need maintenance and better cleaning. Breakfast was average. I based my booking on the reviews however when I arrived I learned that the week before it was taken over by Quality Inn, so it was very disappointing

Its olk for a short stay the room definitely needs some attention bathroom door wouldn't close shower water pressure not good and the couch in the room looked like it was picked up from the side of the road outside of the property was really nice and was also close to walk to some of the historic downtown stuff

A check in I was charged $10 plus tax to park my car at the hotel where I was staying. I gave them cash. They had no change to give me back so I just didn’t give any change got to the room. The floor was dirty furthermore which was more upsetting with there were only three TV channels that were working. I went to get ice where the signs were clearly marked. There was no ice machine later found it in the laundry room went to the vending machine to get drinks. Nothing was working went down to the lobby to purchase drinks as the paperwork I received a check in so I could do so there were no drinks available not even water I was directed to go across the street to Walgreens or the CVS Totally dissatisfied. Ask for a refund by phone left a message. No one has called me back. I would never recommend this place to stay nor will I ever be back

We could not have found a better accommodation for our one night stay in St. Augustine to see the Christmas lights for the first time. It was also our 5 month old CavaPoo debut trip. We had serious doubts about bringing Gracie. But the accommodations at Quality Inn, St. Augustine could not have made it easier. The room was perfect for what we needed. The breakfast was excellent. I know this would be hard. But if they could figure out how guests could eat with their dogs, that would be amazing. The 5 minute shuttle ride to bring us to where we could see the lights was a wonderful convenience. The desk clerks were very professional and a wealth of information. We're looking forward to next year.
