This property is playing Russian roulette, as in you don’t have a say in which unit you’ll stay in. Our unit sit tucked nicely close to the gate which has private access to the beachfront. The unit itself has to be remodeled. Ceilings and walls were peeling off, a bed needed support beams, which forced us to move the mattress on the floor. Kitchen table is from the 90s with dirty cushions. The electric stove burners were dirty which caused excessive smoke smell through the entire unit. Pantry shelves were ripping off the wall. The sofa bed was dirty which caused use to wash the cover. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work at all, and all the humidity was kept in the bathroom after showering. Each bathroom had mold grow in the tub area, which also needed a cement support underneath. Photos online are deceiving that depict something entirely different from what you’ll walk into. Pots, pans, and utensils were present in the kitchen. The only real positive of the unit was the proximity to the beach, which is what you are paying for. Would not recommend staying.

Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of steps up and down to the front door and inside to the bedrooms in case that's a problem for you, other than that a great place to stay. Ocean view from the balcony and convenient to walk on the beach every day.
