Beautifully appointed and located on gorgeous St. Augustine Beach, this Colony Reef condo features a premiere VIEW of the Atlantic Ocean which greets you when you walk in the door and can be enjoyed all day long from the living area and kitchen, master bedroom and balcony! Watch the sunrise over the ocean in the comfort of your own bedroom or private balcony! Take a swim in the oceanfront pool and enjoy the expansive beach which is just steps from the unit where you can enjoy the natural dunes, wildlife, surf, and wide spaces to walk, play, or just relax in the sun with family and friends. Colony Reef complex is gated and loaded with amenities for the family such as two pools, one oceanfront and one indoor heated, tennis courts, two hot tubs, fitness gym, recreation room with ping-pong table, and dry sauna.



Ocean and historic St. Augustine themed artwork surrounds you in this second floor unit which is conveniently located right beside the elevator. Inside there is plenty of space to cook and enjoy meals and relax in the comfortable living space and large covered balcony while listening to the ocean waves. An ocean-view master, furnished with a king-sized bed, and a guest bedroom are both ensuite with walk-in showers. A small third bedroom provides extra sleeping space for the kids. Bedrooms are outfitted with crisp white linens and bathrooms are supplied with starter amenities and soft white towels.

The condo was exactly as billed. Easy beach access. The activity center had a sauna, family-sized pool, little library, workout area (though with aging equipment), and decent table tennis. Amenities for the price were excellent. Parking was a breeze. The staff was helpful for local sightseeing and dining tips.

Construction started while we were there. It was so loud above us you had to yell when trying to talk. I trip is not being very fair with compensating for this disruption. We actually left a day early because of the loud noise.

Great trip!

This is a very unique beach property in a great way! There is a large grassy courtyard and every evening everyone was sitting on porches and the kids would play baseball, soccer and all kinds of sports. My 8 year old was in heaven! The pool is very large and I loved being able to take stairs and not having tu wait for elevator! There must be a law against high rises because there were NONE which I really loved. Also no chair rentals taking up the whole beach! Our u it was clean and had so many extra conveniences like chairs, beach towels, beach toys, etc. we had a great time!

Colony Reef

This is a nice and quiet resort. The condo is on the second floor next to the elevator. There are carts available to help you transport your stuff. There are plenty of pillows and towels for everyone. We had three teenagers and two adults and it was the perfect size for us. The beach and pool is a short walk away. Our favorite thing aside from the beach, the weekend food trucks! Winn Dixie is very close too.

The condo was great, and property was beautiful I just wish we would have had more time to enjoy the pool. We would stay again. The only issue we had was the guest room floor was damaged and had to call and they came and remove the wood and placed a rug over it which was fine they were very helpful.

Great stay at Colony Reef

We had a great vacation experience at Colony Reef! The condo had everything we needed for our beach vacation!Condo unit had a great view overlooking pool and ocean. The condo was clean and perfect for our stay. Our adult kids who live in Jacksonville came over with grandkids to visit and the kids were in heaven. They enjoyed the indoor pool since weather was a bit cool. Loved the playground,outdoor pool and beach!A great place for family vacation or for couples wanting to get away!

Colony reef is great. Excellent amenities. Nice space. Kitchen needs some standard supplies. The TV situation in the bedrooms needs improvement. One in guest room never worked. Dated technology. Also electrical seems to be a bit problematic.

The property was excellent. Very clean and up to date. For a condo, it did not feel small and we are a family of 6. The pool was larger than expected and the beach was almost your own. One issue we did have was addressed and resolved quickly. Would highly recommend this condo.

Perfect family vacation
