Everything was very nice we did smell fish when we walked in and definitely in the refrigerator and freezer no big deal I bought baking soda for both and air freshener for the cottage and all was fine after that.

Comfortable cottage

We were very skeptical to rent because there were not any current (2025) reviews. The cottage has a neighborhood feel and was perfect for our trip. The kitchen was well stocked and the cottage was very clean. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was very close to our cottage. We were very pleased with our accommodations and plan to stay here again.

Surf Crest Villa stay

The cottage was very clean with all cookware, supplies and all that we needed. I loved that the cottage was only a few feet from the pool and only minutes from the beach. I will definitely be coming back.

Quick weekend away

The cottage is adorable and everything is brand new. Beach is a short walk down the parking lot. Plenty of bath towels and dime basics like paper towels and there were even two bags of ice in the freezer. There was a small foam cooler and a couple of camp chairs as well as a couple of beach chairs. Only complaint is that the master shower was continually changing temp from hot to cold. The other shower held its temperature. Overall a great stay.

The house was very nice, in a nice, quite neighborhood. Very nice modern and updated house, new appliances, etc. Pool was very nice and the beach was steps away. I like the gated beach access. Grocery stores and restaurants within a mile. Very good, quick communication with rental company. Will definitely use Sunshine Realty for future trips to the area.

Cute little home, just a short walk to the beach!

The house was perfect for our stay! We loved the location to the beach, as well as other places within St Augustine! The beach area was not crowded, and it was a nice beach area! We were even privileged enough to see a giant sea turtle coming to lay her eggs! This was the highlight for me, what a sight to see!
