Tide Pool: Built in 2020, this 4BR/3.5BA eclectic beach-style home sleeps 10 with two king suites. Enjoy a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, corn hole, and rooftop deck with panoramic ocean and historic St. Augustine views. Perfect for family or group getaways, relax in comfort, soak in sunrises, and take in endless coastal charm just steps from Vilano Beach.


We give guests space but we're never far away should there be any questions or concerns. Call, email or message us at anytime and we'll be happy to help.


This home is special because you can walk 500 feet to the shore. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors who are all just enjoying the beach life. Also, Publix and a handful of restaurants are within walking distance. There's always a fantastic breeze blowing which makes it heavenly.


Guests have access to the entire property.


There are two livable stories located on the second and third floor. The second floor has one master bedroom with full bath and private balcony, a powder bath, laundry room, entry, dining room, kitchen, living room and front exterior deck. The third floor has one master bedroom with ensuite full bath and two additional bedrooms with shared bath (shower/tub combo). Fourth floor is an open air deck with views of the inlet, historic saint Augustine and the beach. Outdoor furniture is provided for every level of the home including private balconies.


There is a public parking lot located near the beach entrance if more guests plan to go to the beach than the home has parking for there is plenty of space to park and stay for the day.

Get around in style with a new water taxi service between the Vilano Beach Public Dock at the Pier and the St. Augustine Municipal Marina.

Pool: Heated seasonally. 4 feet deep. Dimensions 10ft x 15ft.

The golf cart can be driven throughout the neighborhood and to the shops and restaurants in the area. It can also be taken to the public parking lot 100 yards east of the home for easier beach access if needed. It can not be driven on the beach itself.

Great family vacation

The house was very close to the beach, the grocery store, and just a few minutes from St. Augustine. There was plenty of space for all of our activities.

Perfect beach house

Large enough for a group to enjoy, airy with a great upper deck for viewing the ocean and the town of Saint Augustine. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed very nicely decorated very clean very comfortable beds. We enjoyed it very much definitely would rent this property again, great location too

Tide Pool

Amazing house and perfect location. We had a great time at the Tide Pool. The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. The easy walk to the beach, golf cart and rooftop deck were the highlights. We hope to vacation here again!

The Tide Pool was everything you see online and more. Very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Wish we had more time to enjoy it. Very close to the beach. We would definitely rent it again!

great location, great house!

we had an incredible stay at this house; it was located so close to beach /water and w/in 10 min drive of st. augustine and shops/sights. we were in regular communication with the property management company for the home. we had a few broken items unfortunately - hot tub, clogged master bath drain and would have been nice to use but hopefully they'll be fixed for the next person. We're already trying to plan a trip for another family event next year and hoping to come back to this home.

Better than advertised

This is a terrific property! No detail is overlooked. Let’s start with the roof - what a view! Three sides of the rooftop deck are water views. It’s nicely furnished and even carpeted with artificial grass. It’s the perfect place to begin and end the day. Each room in the home has a different yet tasteful theme. The rooms are nicely sized and, get this, the beds and pillows are super comfortable! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, even a Nespresso coffee maker, a creamy, delicious way to start your day. Everything looks new, the place is meticulously clean and there isn’t a single thing I can think of that took away from our stay. Well done!

Comfortable, beautiful beach rental

My whole family loved this home. We stayed here with six adults, four teenagers and we even squeezed two younger kids in the bedroom with their parents. We still felt like we had plenty of room. Everyone especially loved the area under the house where we could cool down and hang out in the pool and hot tub. There was also a table and couch. We were a little surprised by how small the pool was. It looked bigger in the pictures, but it was a very nice pool and the size really was not a problem, the beach was even closer than we expected. We did not rent the golf cart and never felt like we needed it, but I’m sure it would have been fun if we wanted to explore the island more. The beach was great and the island is not busy, it is quiet and peaceful and very walkable. The house was very well stocked and beautifully decorated.

Disappointed

This property was not clean. The bathroom towels had some spots on them and were not a white, white. When I pulled back my bed sheets upon leaving, the mattress cover came with them. The mattress was filthy and it made me almost throw up to know that I had slept on it. This was the second time we had stayed there and we NEVER will again. The first time we stayed was about three years ago.

Amazing Beach House

This was such an amazing property to celebrate my 30th birthday! The property is stocked with literally everything you'd need for a vacation home. Just bring yourselves and your bathing suit! The top floor views were amazing! You can see the beach all around you and the stars at night were stunning! My only recommendation is maybe some chairs to layout in up there or a bar height table so when you sit down you can still see the ocean. Overall, amazing home, amazing host and we will be back! Spring break with family and friends

The house was perfect! The owners really payed attention to the details - the kitchen had ample cabinet space and was fully stocked with appliances, pots and pans, utensils and they even had spices and oil sprays. The bathroom designs were also very nice and offered plenty of storage for towels etc. As another reviewer said, we pretty much just needed to bring our clothes and food as everything else was pretty much already there. Oh and the best part of it all is the house is literally a few steps away from the beach AND within walking distance to Publix! We had a group of 10 (6 adults, 2 tweens, 1 toddler, 1 infant) and there was plenty of room for us all! The common areas in this house were well thought out. We absolutely loved it!!!!!

Five Stars all Around

We went to St. Augustine for a family member`s wedding. Although the photos on VRBO were impressive, they did not do justice to the uniqueness and luxury of this "beach house". Top marks for cleanliness, amenities and fully stocked kitchen cupboards! Great rental!

Casual girls weekend getaway

The property was perfect for our group of 8. So well stocked, you literally only had to bring yourself and your clothes. Great proximity to the beach and downtown St. Augustine. We loved the rooftop space and soaked up some sun on the cool days and star gazed at night. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again. Our only issue was the town ordinance of 3 cars only. We had 4 one of our nights there and the town lot noted on the website for parking does not allow overnight parking. We were able to tuck all our cars in and did not receive a ticket so all was good. The house is as lovely as the photos.

Perfect Florida Beach House

Perfectly appointed beach house from location to amenities and decor! Short drive to down town St Augustine, few minutes walk to beach. Roof top area was an added bonus with 360 views! Great for adults with 2 masters w/baths. We had a family reunion/wedding and it was able to accommodate everyone. We loved our stay and wish it could have been longer. Didn’t have chance to enjoy fire pit or yard games. Looking forward to future visit! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Perfect Stay

This was the perfect place for our family. The decor was lovely, and the house clean and spacious. The kitchen is incredible. There were lots of different areas to gather together to talk and play games. Very close to the beach, which we enjoyed tremendously.

Amazing!

This house far exceeded our expectations, which were pretty high based on the beautiful photos! It’s so artfully decorated and had everything we needed. The location is amazing with easy beach access and amazing views from the roof. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had a great time! Everything was as described. Loved the location and how close it was both to the beach and also to food, Publix etc. We had everything we needed. Perfect beach home
