Very large 1BD, 1BA Ocean Front Complex, Ground Floor, Wifi, Hdtv, Large pool

This family friendly condo is located on the beautiful white sands of St Augustine beach (Crescent Beach). The condo complex is directly on the beach front. The condo is very large at 870 square feet. As the unit is ground floor with easy access to your vehicle there is NO ocean view from inside the unit. An ocean view can be seen a short distance out the rear sliding glass door across the pool deck. A private boardwalk over the protected sand dunes from the pool area leads to the beach.

The unit has a large kitchen with full size appliances including a side by side refrigerator, stove with oven and dishwasher. All cookware and dishes are provided.

The condo is a one bedroom, one bath unit located on the ground floor with a king size bed. A queen size sofa bed is located in the living room.

The unit was recently updated with brand new quartz seashell countertops in the kitchen. The bathroom was taken down to the studs, retiled, new toilet, lighting and vanity. The entire unit was repainted and the furnishings were replaced.

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for us. It was very clean and well stocked with linens, kitchen utensils and appliances. A quiet property with a nice clean pool, and a short walk to a quiet beach. The facilities were clean. The beach here is beautiful. We would highly recommend this property, and would choose it again if returning to the area.

Lovely condo - right on the beach!

This is my favorite place to stay in St. Augustine! My husband and I have stayed here several times & enjoy the clean & comfortable condo. It truly is close to the beach - you can see the ocean! It is so quiet and peaceful in the complex and it makes for a pleasant, restful stay.

Perfect vacation place for beach walkers

The condo was just as described on VRBO. It had everything we needed and we were surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. The accommodations were very comfortable. We have enjoyed our time walking on the beach and spending time in Saint Augustine and are hoping to visit again.

This property was extremely clean and very comfortable. The location was great just steps away from the beach. They had everything you needed to cook a meal with my only complaint was the closet doors didn't stay shut. Otherwise it was really good. Would definitely stay there again

Best Place to Stay in St. Augustine!

My husband and I have been traveling to St. Augustine a couple of times a year for many years. This condo is our favorite place to stay. It is right on the beach and is large and comfortable. On every stay it has been very quiet and restful. The kitchen is very supplied. The furniture is comfortable and it's nice that there is a TV in both the livingroom and bedroom. This is such a great place that it is frequently booked up and I've learned to book as far in advance as possible.

A week away…

The unit and complex are nice and well maintained. The unit was clean but the living room furniture is not very comfortable. Since we spent our time on the beach, it was certainly sufficient. The beach is easily accessible and was never crowded. We often found ourselves out there with no one around. I would recommend and return.

Our favorite!

This has became our go to condo every year for our anniversary. Everything is always very clean, the condo is stocked with anything you might need, and the bed is comfortable. When we needed help with the lock Cindy responded quickly and helped resolve the problem. The lady in the office is also very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We will be back!
