Conveniently located steps from covered garage parking right at your front door. Tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. Convenient to the pool. Great for lounging on the patio, enjoying relaxing with your favorite beverage, BBQ or family/friend time or watching children in pool. Private Beach Access is a short walk away. A beach supplies cart is provided. Internet, laundry & gas grill are some of the extras that will keep you and your family coming back to this quiet Vacation Villa. Visa, Discover & MC accepted. Pet Friendly. The Villas of Ocean Gate is a beautifully appointed Mediterranean Style Condominium in the Heart of Anastasia Island & just short walk to the beautiful St Augustine Beach. This Like New Property has a private beach access & is located only a few minutes from Historic Downtown St Augustine. Enjoy the 1st floor convenience of parking right at your front door. The Condo is over 1,400 sq ft of tastefully decorated living areas. The kitchen is fully furnished & the bedroom/bath linens are all included. Just bring your personal items. Enjoy the pool, spa & tennis courts. DSL Internet, & community gas grill are provided. This is a great complex for family reunions.

Please note pet friendly guests, VRBO & AirB&B do not include pet fee in their check out quote to you. The fee is $125 per pet, 2 pets maximum and breed restricted. This fee will be added after VRBO or AirB&B emails your reservation to our email. We then send you a booking reservation which includes the pet fee + 11.5% taxes. Our owners welcome your family pets, however do ask you respect their vacation home investment.

Payment Terms:

A $102.50 Refundable Security Deposit is required by credit card to Secure/Confirm a reservation. Security Deposit is refunded after your departure, baring any damage deductions. The Security Deposit is not applied to the Rental Amount due.

Full Rental Payment must be received 30 business days prior to Check-In.

We accept Personal Checks for rental fees, Visa, Mastercard & Discover for payment. Note: A 2.5% processing fee is applied to all credit card payments.

Historic Downtown St Augustine is approx. six miles away.

We enjoyed this condo very much! Very clean! Short walk to the beach and had a cart for carrying items. We have three kids (4,6,8) who made the walk with no problem. We would consider booking this condo in the future. We have stayed a few condos here and this place is a great family destination.

Perfect location and family stay

We came down for vacation and also to visit family in the area, this was the perfect setup, close to the beach h and everything else on Anastasia Island, just off A1A. Host was very hospitable and quick to answer any questions. Will definitely return again!

A great little spot

Our family of 6 enjoyed our 4 day stay at this condo. The unit was clean and well stocked, the k-cups were a nice touch for guests. The two roll away beds made it so all of our children could have a bed to sleep. The unit overlooked a small pool, the easy access made it a breeze to entertain our kids. The walk to the beach was pleasant and the beach wagon provided was a bonus! The unit was close to downtown St Augustine which allowed us to get out to see the oldest city in Florida. The property managers were incredibly helpful. We would highly recommend visiting this beach condo!

Better then the listing

Nice roomy two-bedroom condo. First floor, convenient covered parking Bigger and prettier than the pictures in the listing suggest. 10 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute drive to the heart of St. Augustine Beach. A good base for all of St. Augustine. Recommend and will likely stay again.

The condo is decorated very nicely and was very well equipped. It is located just 7 miles south town. Suggest you add directions on how to walk to the beach walkway.

This Condo was so beautiful and very comfy.

The Condo was so clean and accommodating. Although there was not a beach view- and it was a good little walk to the beach (well worth every step), it was just perfect for our plans. Plenty of Beach (so Beautiful) time, pool time, and not too far from the Historic District where we spent a lot of our time. Quite, friendly neighbors, no loud music or distractions-it was an awesome trip!

We loved our stay here at St Augustine. The condo was clean and well equipped. It was a very close and easy walk to the beach, which was clean and not crowded. We will stay here again when we revisit ST Augustine.

Great space and location. Large master and bath. A little bit of a walk to the beach but pool is great and parking right in front. We have stayed in 100 condos in St. Augustine and these are more spacious and comfortable than most.

Great condo near the action

This property is just down the street from a number of restaurants and shops and a short drive to the center of St Augustine. It's comfortable and our family had a great time. The beach is a little tricky to find at first, but not difficult or far. It's a private beach shared by the adjoining communities along a private walkway with a gate. We would stay here again.
