Dating back to 1890s when it was originally used to house the first electric light engine for Caerhays Castle, this characterful charming holiday cottage has spacious accommodation all laid over one level and is surrounded by a private enclosed garden.
The front door leads into a utility area, perfect for dogs, and cloak room before heading into a large open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with wood burning stove. There are two bedrooms one with a double bedroom and one with twin beds and a bathroom with a separate shower cabinet.
Within easy walking distance of the coastal path and Porthluney Beach, this makes the ideal location for the walkers and adventure lovers or for those just wanting a chilled glass of wine whilst relaxing in the garden.

The Caerhays Estate, nestled on the south Cornish Coast, has been owned by the Williams family since 1854 and is still very much their home.
