Excellent Staff.

All staff were excellent. They were friendly and caring. Bed was a bit soft for our liking, but comfortable. The TV, if needed, only has limited channels. We were disappointed with the food. Bit of a walk from the car park, a torch is handy in the dark. Hotel itself is good. Bit of a hike if you need the Spa, but worth it.

No Sleep , No Help

Horrendous noise Banging and bad plumbing noises and unhelpful staff. Gym staff snooty and kept me out side waiting in the rain

Limited parking and poor car park lighting. I was upgraded, which was nice, but unexpected mould on ceiling above bath and water still in kettle from previous guests are schoolboy errors and let the hotel down.
