Tucked away in a peaceful valley in south Cornwall, sits the picturesque village of Gorran Haven. Here, you will find Cliff Cottage, just footsteps from the stunning beach. Soak up ocean vistas while dining as a family, or head out on a coastal walk, exploring this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Boasting a delightful ‘home from home' feel, this beachside cottage offers all the ingredients for a special family holiday by the coast. With glistening sea views, three lovely bedrooms, a cosy sitting room and sociable dining area, you are invited to spend quality time with the ones you love. Step inside and fall in love with the captivating view that lies ahead. The dining table is positioned perfectly to enjoy the view and the sweet kitchen area has everything you'll need during your stay. There are a few steps from the kitchen into the sitting room, where you will find two comfy sofas, a television and electric fire for extra cosiness. The twin room is also on the ground floor, housing 3' twin single beds. Completing the ground floor is the family bathroom, with a bath with shower over, wash basin and WC. Retreat upstairs to the first floor, where two lovely double bedrooms with sea views await.

Outside, the beach is your garden, just a stone's throw away. Enjoy a morning swim as the sun rises, spend your days lazing on the sand or rustle up a beach barbecue on a balmy summer's evening. Gorran Haven itself is a picturesque, unspoilt, coastal village with a variety of shops and restaurants, and is only a short drive from the town of St Austell and the postcard-pretty Mevagissey. However you decide to spend your days, your stay at Cliff Cottage is bound to be utterly special.

A lovely beach holiday

Cliff Cottage is a Lovely place to enjoy a Beach Holiday More so with fine weather it is a traditional seaside holiday cottage, I have stopped in this cottage for over 34 years Consecutively never missing a summer It is like returning home each year and there have been many changes For the better over the years with the with the Ethos been making the cottage more enjoyable for the guests. The cottage is clean and has Good Quality Bed linen and towels all included in the price with beds all made up ready on arrival to a Hotel standard. There is everything in the cottage to meet your needs with fantastic views over the beach I like staying here and a Good thing is NO Dogs OR Pets Allowed Stopping any horrible Doggy smells in the cottage, The only problem`s this year was the windows where not cleaned On the outside spoiling the view (We cleaned them) and Having to strip the beds and list all the bedding and place in the correct laundry Bags on Departure Which I think was due to Covid Rules. But I Have booked for next year so it was not bad enough to stop us returning, It is a lovely Holiday Cottage.

A fantastically located property in a true Cornwall village. Property is dated and could do with improvements but if you are happy just to be away and not too precious it ticks all the boxes The view and location are outstanding
