This exotic wood construction and its garden offer a timeless and atypical setting. Located in the bay of Anse des Cayes, the calmness of its exterior will allow you to enjoy the sound of the sea. Lying on sunbeds or shelter under the ajoupa hummingbirds will soothe you.
The modernism of its cuisine, finely equipped for gourmets, will let you enjoy the outdoor space while waiting for your barbecue grillade.
In the evening, the relaxation area with its Zen garden and spa offer you a magic moment in the soft light of the sunset.

Tout simplement parfait

Un acceuil chaleureux, une maison hyper Ă©quipĂ©e et confortable, un propriĂ©taire toujours Ă  l’écoute et trĂšs serviable, mĂ©nage fait tous les jours, ... Bref, tout est fait pour passer un sĂ©jour inoubliable sur cette Ăźle magnifique. Merci Ă  Laurent et Axel et Ă  bientĂŽt j’espĂšre !

Beautiful Villa...Lovely Location

Really enjoyed our stay. Found the accomodations to be very nice with everything that we needed. Outdoor areas were wonderful, especially enjoyed the table and chairs in the garden and the spa. Weren't sure of what we'd think of a separate, outdoor kitchen (just a new idea to us) but ended up working great with the weather there and outdoor dining table in close proximity. Location was good, island is so small that all spots are easily accessible. Owner and son were responsive to our questions and needs.

Great cottage right by the beach

Very clean, easy access, private parking, spacious, A+ outdoor space. The nearby beach is not great but the other beaches of island are very close. Outdoor kitchen is well appointed but keep it very clean. Maid service was phenomenal. Great host, very responsive, available, and welcoming. I would recommend this villa to a friend

From start to finish I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mr. Greaux was the consummate host and Villa Eugenie was divine. Mr. Greaux was readily available when needed and was able to provide suggestions and references for taxi services. etc. There is nothing like hearing the sound of waves crashing on the beach while sitting in the garden under a star filled sky drinking a glass of champagne. Villa Eugenie is centrally located and yet once inside you feel as though you are miles away in your own private sanctuary. Stylishly decorated villa with modern appliances and amenities (heavenly shower head). Will absolutely be returning to Villa Eugenie.

Perfect Stay!

We absolutely loved staying at Villa Eugenie. The house has wonderful character, and has been lovingly restored with great attention to detail, inside and outside. The owner is so friendly, and it was great to hear about the house and its history. The landscaping is truly beautiful---we took many photos for a future project at our own home to reference! We couldn't be happier with our stay of 2 weeks. We felt right at home, and will definitely be back!

C'est Magnifique!

Gorgeous bungalow in a perfect location with easy access to shopping and beaches. Loved the well equipped kitchen for cooking dinners, the rooftop porch was fantastic for dinners and coffee at sunrise. Really appreciated the assistance Laurent provided before and during our stay. Perfect location from which to explore a gorgeous island. Minutes from shopping, the airport and downtown... and easy access to the most beautiful beaches we've ever experienced.

Great cottage in ST. Bart's

We stayed in Villa. Euguine for 8 days this Fall - Very clean, separate kitchen with bar. In a residential neighborhood - We had great time, great views from the top exterior patio, great private hot tub. Owner's were great to work with, house keeper was great. We did nice dinner's with the updated appliances. The place is small, but was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed everything, and we would definitely stay again in the future. The Owner's have obviously taken this 30's cottage, and did a beautiful restoration - even the landscaping and lighting are awesome, Thanks for everything! Al and David

Fabulous accommodation in a central location

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and loved it. The service was great, as they met us at the airport. Everything was clean and the zen garden was great for breakfast and an afternoon nap. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for breakfast and for the occasional rain shower. Beach access is a one minute walk, as well as a grocery store down the road. We would definitely go back!
