We were told it is at a constant 74 degrees. But if we wanted a "cooler" room, we could move to a downstairs room that runs at a constant 67 degrees. This was never disclosed prior to checking in, nor posted on their website. I requested our money back immediately which was kindly done with apologies. The price point did not justify the inability to guarantee comfort. Especially when this has been an ongoing problem for 3 months."

"What a cute motel -very clean and updated-large rooms, nice view of the water. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly! Having the River Crab restaurant right there was awesome. I totally will stay again. If your wondering about this place, wonder no more!!"
