Location, Location, Location!

Nice location to visit Wheeling! Our staff and room were excellent. Professional, courteous at check-in. The room was clean, mostly updated, and quiet. Close to a large Mall and plenty of restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will stay there again in the future.

When we got to our room, there were dead spiders and live spiders on our walls. No biggie right well I go to use the shower and there’s a used wash cloth and almost completely used bar of soap in the shower. The shower had pieces broken off of it. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room smelled like someone had been cooking liver and onion in the room! Called down to the front desk no answer so let the gentlemen at check out know. He asked why we didn’t report when we arrived? I said I called down no answer. Well needless to say it wasn’t made right by either Expedia or this property so we will not stay here again and we will be finding another way to book our stays since Expedia has let us down yet again. So don’t recommend staying here or booking with Expedia. Good luck!
