Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this 3-star St. Clement hotel.
Excellent room and dining facilities . However, I would just point out that the furniture drawers in our room (A2) were difficult to open/close.
Also, the signage for the hotel upon arrival (from St Helier direction) was very difficult to spot, resulting in me overshooting by some distance!
Excellent Room, Fabulous sea view only downside was the bathroom could do with an upgrade, although it was perfectly functional. Also it would be good to have a fridge in the room.
Swimming pool good but it would have been even better if it was located at the front of the hotel, to get the afternoon sun.
Dining room very good, service excellent, but would be better if there was fresh fruit on offer for breakfast.
Parking excellent
Your hotel was lovely. Comfortable, cozy and stylish with a gorgeous view of the bay. The food was excellent and staff were so very helpful, especially the front desk people.
Great customer service and a lovely convenient location. Overall the hotel is a lovely environment.
However, the bathroom had a very old green suite with a rusty plug hole and a not very nice white shower curtain. The bed seemed very small and the quilt cover was not adequate in size, for two people. There were no water bottles to use to boil water for making tea, so the only water to make tea with, was the bathroom water!!!
Thank you for your great customer service, much appreciated
Unfortunately we had booked to stay prior to Christmas and hadn't anticipated there being large Christmas parties going on. The first night the disco went on until 12.30 and we were above it so unable to sleep due to the constant boom boom boom of the music. Staff agreed to move us to a different room for the rest of our stay and it was both quiet and more comfortable. Quite why they hadn't thought to do this in the first place I don't know as we would have been comfortable and not needing to complain. The en-suite in our first room was so cold we were reluctant to get in the shower. Restaurant and reception staff were all excellent.
Delightful place . The employees are super nice and good at their job.Very peaceful neighborhood around with view on the beach from the dining room. You can take the number 1 bus across the street to get to town in 7 minutes! Loved my room and appreciated the upgrade!
The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the Island, either by car, they have a large car park,or by bus, the stop is just 100 metres away. I recommend booking a room with a sea view as you will not tire of vista in any weather.
The room had a very comfortable large double with tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was a choice of full English with your choice of how you wanted your eggs, plus cereals, cold meats, cheese, croissant etc..
Every member of staff we had interaction with were friendly and gave great customer service.
We would return in an instant.
Room bathroom looked "tired" and could do with a refit. Room was nice. Bar and restaurant were very nice. Staff were very good, very polite and friendly. Would stay here again if back in Jersey. Although not the best location as a taxi ride away from St Helier. Each way was around ÂŁ12 but hotel was cheaper than ones around St Helier.
Great staff, service, breakfasts and location - right next to the beach and on a regular but route into St Helier and beyond (airport with an easy connection, Gorey etc). Very comfortable bed, strong shower, very clean. Well stocked bar. A bit old fashioned in its decor and style though with the evening food offering (4 courses for ÂŁ25 = great value) catering for traditional conservative customers. Room very hot with no extractor fan in bathroom or aircon. Good choice for age 60 residents.
