Staff was very courteous. The bathroom had a bulb out and the tub surround had a missing bar. We reported it and they stated it was put on the maintenance schedule. The staff wasn’t on top of cleaning tables in the dining area. The treadmill was also broken. This was not reported to staff.

My stay was OK, not great. The room was so hot that it was uncomfortable to be in. I had to run the air conditioner to cool it off. Not being able to control my own heat was very inconvenient. When I ran the air, it was so loud I couldn't hear the TV even at a high volume setting. I stayed 4 nights. My room was only cleaned once on my last night, and the bed was barely made. The sheets and pillows were not straightened, and the bed cover was crooked, hanging on the floor on one side. Coffee was not restocked, and several dirty towels were left on the floor. I only saw someone at the desk once, and that was at check-in, so I never had the opportunity to ask for more coffee or to adjust the heat. I was staying for work, so I just made do, as I wasn't able to choose a hotel myself.

Rooms were clean,but very dark. There were not enough lamps to light up the room. The bathrooms only had 1 bulb in the so it was like showering in the dark!

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Prompt to check in. I'd been having a long day, and she was very sympathetic to the situation. Just laughed it off with me. After my sister arrived, the front desk called to see if everything was good and if we needed anything. That's awesome, definitely will be going back.

It's a nice quiet place, convenient to everything; gym is very small but the equipment was usable; I like that the hot tub is restricted to adults only after 10 PM.

The staff is really the reason that I’m giving this a few stars here, the man at the front desk checked us in late and was still there the next morning and was SO kind and understanding. We slept fine, but woke up to a huge amount of humidity in the room, a massive spider, and a moldy ice container. Overall aside from these things the staff deserves all 5 stars.

Property is obviously older and kind of “tired”. Bathroom had rusty dark stains around the tub and tile, but everything was clean. Beds were very comfortable and our room was pretty quiet. They seemed understaffed - we had to call out to find someone to check in. However the staff members who we interacted with were very friendly and courteous.

There was trash in the parking lot, even though there was a dumpster right there, and there were chicken bones around my bed and sauce from wings on the sheets and bedding. I had stayed there once before and it wasn’t like that so it was really unclean and gross even compared to the last time I was there I didn’t sleep at all
