Photos online do not match location. Window coverings do not fit windows and rooms can be looked into. Listing states amenities that are not available and this information is hidden within their own website. Reached out to Expedia for help and was told since the motel manager would not respond that I was to take the loss and they could not assist me past a $25 dollar credit. Stayed at this motel for 42 minutes before my safety felt at risk and I booked a new hotel to stay at.
I am a 75 year old lady. My husband was having a medical procedure and we live out of town. We have a little dog I had to bring with us. I can not walk very well. But twice the keys to the room would not work and I had to go to the front desk and have them reformatted. That was a major pain for me. Other than that everything was very good. The room the service the convenience of the location.
Unfortunately our stay was far from great, when we first got there we were told the keys didnt work properly which each time we would go to unlock it, it would take a min just to get it to even work. The following day on Saturday when walking to the breakfast room there was a dead cockroach just sitting on the top of an AC unit. The worst part was Sat night around 10pm a loud noise started coming from the closet area which sounded like a loud hissing/running water sound. We looked and didnt see anything so we decided to just try to ignore it and go to sleep about 15 mins of it happening and noticing it getting warm in the room we decided to try and call up to the front desk to see if they can fix the noise but our room phone didnt even work. We turned on the lights and saw water had soaked one of our own personal towels and our luggage right underneath that because where the sound was coming from a water leak was coming through the wall and water was spraying out and leaking on to our personal belongings. It took us 5 mins to find someone to resport the issue to since we couldnt call. Luckily they had a room still available to move us to but was extremely inconvenient at 10:30pm to move rooms but the front desk gentleman went to get the Manager she didnt even bother to acknowledge us. We even had an issue where they kept trying to charge my card multiple times the rate for the weekend when it was paid when we first checked in. I have photos and videos of everything.
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn. The staff is super friendly and everything was really nice and clean. We’ll be back to stay again!
