Perfectly adequate for a night on the road. Clean and well-located. Room decor circa 2001, but everything clean and maintained. The electronic room door lock was annoyingly difficult, resulting in us on our hands and knees with an ear to the lock every time we returned to the room (a known problem not specific to our room according to the front desk). They should fix that.

Our first room the deadbolt didnt work, we requested a room change. In that room the room was dirty, looked like poop on the molding by the bathroom, the sheets and comforter had stains. The bedding was very thin. Small tv that you needed to be on 1 bed to see it. We ended up checking out early because we were grossed out, felt uncomfortable. The staff however was so kind. This place just needs to be updated.
The bed had not been changed. The comforter had stains all over it. I asked them to change it and they did. We then had to have them clean the shower because there were still used soaps in the corner of the shower. The toilet paper holder was just hanging on- we didn’t dare use it so we used the spare toilet paper on the back of the toilet. I had booked 3 rooms for this stay 6 months ago and when we went to pay they over charged me on one of the rooms. The desk could not fix it and told me I needed to wait until the next shift so they could change the bill. They did fix that after and credited my card back the difference. I will not be stying there again.

It would be nice if the $350 for one room, one night, could go into taking the check-in process into 2025. That way guests won't have to wait in a long line, as one person has to take 5 minutes (minimum) per guest through an old fashioned check in process. The lady did fine at her job. She just had a crappy system with no one to help her get it done quicker. The room and motel were fine and clean enough, I guess. But updating is definitely needed. Especially in the bathroom. The shower and toilet closet were just old and dingy enough to make us decide to skip showering all together. If prices weren't so jacked up because of the timing of our visit, I probably wouldn't complain so much. But I don't think you should be able to jack your prices up that much when the facility can't deliver the quality that (should be) expected. Hotels and Motels are just taking advantage of all of the families that traveled to support our kids and their schools. This one definitely did just that.

Staff was great. Good customer service. Room needs a little TLC. Probably needs new mattresses.The shower was a little scary. Felt like it might fall through the ceiling. Nice pillows and bedding.
