Clean room; quiet despite most rooms in our section taken; property generally satisfactory but needs some spiffing up, especially building itself (stucco). Staff helpful. Hot breakfast items cold and tasted like cardboard. No cut up fruit. Yogurt and coffee were good.

Check in was amazing! Less than 5 minutes and she explained it all really well. Bed was comfortable. Pool was clean. Hot tub was so relaxing. We went to Tuachan and saw Newsies. Short drive from the hotel. Breakfast was a great mix of things to please anyone. Would stay here again.

Hotel is for sure dated, could use a fresh update. But couldn’t have been happier. Was clean and very comfortable. Staff was helpful and cheerful. Amenities were excellent. Even had laundry service. Will make this my favorite place to stay when we visit this area in the future.

I will say… the restaurant staff were the absolute kindness people. What you also fo families, such as games, like no other. Pickleball, miniature golf, basketball. THEN, inside, ping pong, pool, and more. So impressive with the family activities!!! And I didn’t even bring any family members and I was still so impressed! But the rooms, not so good, old, lil dirty , and uncomfortable. ( sorry)

Room condition seems old, has smell. Furniture has some stains. Coffee in the lobby only, no in-room coffees machine. Has water machine with both cold and hot water in the lobby. No tea bags. Breakfast has hot items, about average. Has no oat meal and fresh fruit. Foam cups and bowls instead of paper ones. Bathroom is really small. 4 star rating due to its very competitive room rate.

Good family hotel

This hotel is a little dated but was great for our family. We got the poolside room and was great for the kids access to the pool and mini golf. There is a lot to do for a family and the facilities were excellent. The team there offered great guest service and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast could have had more selections but it fed us all before we headed out for the day. Next time we are in ST George we would defiantly stay again.

Reserved a king, got a queen. Hotel lobby is humid and was a mess. Carpet on stairs to get to room is old and musty. Beds are old and creaky. Our room was bright even with barely there blinds thanks to a bright light outside of window. The shower had a light above it that the cover was broken and exposed. The “soap” felt like sand and smelled horrible. Coffee was barely lukewarm. The breakfast was scary and guarded by a man on his Bluetooth headset talking loudly and walking back and forth on a sticky floor with several spills in the entry to dining area. It was pretty terrible. We had 3 nights but couldn’t take 8 hours of it and went elsewhere.

Blinds that don’t close next to bright outside light at 2am.
