Whether you're seeking relaxation or planning to spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

Situated in The Ledges of St. George, this villa is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Within minutes, you can explore a variety of activities, including hiking, biking, and ATV trails. This location was perfect. Far enough away from the hustle and close enough not to have to be in the car for too long. We used the pool and the pickle ball courts. The only reason not to recommend this place, is so it's available the next time we go to rent it. Thank you Ledges for making our stay easy, clean and memorable.

Great place for a Couples get-away!

We had 3 couples stay in this beautiful property and we all had plenty of room to relax and hang out. We all had our own bathrooms and there were still 2 beds and one bath left open. This place is spacious, clean, well laid out, and overall fabulous!

Very nice condo with all amenities

Great condo especially if you are a golfer. I am not but enjoyed the stay with family members. The Ledges are a few miles from St George but close enough for dining and shopping while offering the quiet of a semi-rural setting. We would stay there again.

Best rental ever!

We have stayed in many different rentals over the years in St. George. This one was the best! It was quite roomy, very clean, the beds were so comfortable, and we loved the location.

Great place for young families

We stayed here for a weekend. We loved the property and felt it perfectly accommodated everything we would need. The Pool equipment and bikes in the garage we’re a great plus. The pool is super close and accessible and we spent most of our time there. Would highly recommend.
