Sleeps 16 w/ 4 Kings - Bunk Loft on the 18th Hole

The Gathering Place is a 2,692 sq ft 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa located by the 18th fairway of the Ledges Golf course. Its spacious layout includes a large kitchen, and 2 outdoor living spaces for everyone to enjoy! The main level is home to the master bedroom and fantastic kitchen that is stocked with cooking utensils- making it easy to dine in while on vacation. Walk out to the lower back patio which contains a BBQ, and outdoor dining area. Upstairs you'll find more outdoor patio space on the upper balcony where there is a seating area with lounge chairs for relaxing. Enjoy one of the best views of Snow Canyon anytime of the day!

Of course, the outdoor experience is the highlight of Southern Utah, Snow Canyon (4 miles away) and Zion National Park (49 miles away) are its crowning glory. Need something to do at night? Catch a play at Tuacahn theater just 10 miles away.

Stick closer to home and enjoy the local hiking/biking trails, The Ledges Golf Course, pickle ball courts (we do have pickleball paddles and balls for your use), a spacious pool (we provide beach towels), 20 person hot tub *Poolside lounge area *Kids wading pool all located within a 100 steps of your front door.

Great place to stay with family & friends

This place is a great getaway with family and friends, a short drive (~10miles) from St George. Very close to the snow canyon state park that is perfect for hiking around red petrified rocks and sand dunes. Also, it is an ideal spot for biking. The complex provides great amenities inc. pool, hot tub, pickleball courts and Golf at a discounted price, to name a few. Although this place was clean in terms of kitchen, bathrooms and beds, we felt all the pillows in the living area as well as bedrooms were dusty. Another issue we experienced was that the fan in the loft area was really noisy that made kids hard to sleep. we felt the management responses were a little slow. Besides this, we had a great time as a family and with friends.

Love This Place!

This place has a great floor plan, every bedroom has an attached bath, the kitchen is great and well stocked for a large group, and it's very clean. We would love to stay here again!

Quiet Location

It was nice to have a quiet location. Many things were nice about the stay. A few items that did come up were that the soap dispensers in 2 bathrooms started off almost empty so I had to look around for soap to fill them up and the heated pool that made us more interested about the location wasn't working very well.

Perfect for families

Wow this home has everything you could possibly need! Each bedroom and bathroom had everything we could ever need. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. There was also plenty of linens for all beds and bathroom. They had 20+ pool towels. The kitchen had plenty of kitchen appliances, Tupperware, dishes and even kids dishes and silverware. The neighborhood was beautiful and a great location. We would love to come back sometime. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Great location and place. A few of the bath rugs/sofa cushions need to be replaced and rugs could do with a deep clean, but these are small things. Beautiful place and well worth the price.

Big family? Stay here!!

This was one of the best places I've ever rented! Just like the TARDIS this place looks small on the outside but has plenty of space of the inside. The kids loved the bunk bed room! This place was set up with families in mind. We will definitely stay here again. Can't recommend enough!!

We have stayed at other condos at the Ledges property and have been happy with all of them but this one is definitely our favorite so far! The bunk area for the kids is big with extras such as, little chairs, bean bags , poufs, large tv and assortment of dvds. The 4 bedrooms all have there own bathrooms. The mattresses, bedding and towels are all high quality and well thought out amenities in every room such as throws, extra pillows and access to Netflix in every room. The decorating in this condo is beautiful. There are so many nice things about this condo , too many to mention, but we highly recommend it. We will definitely stay here again.
