IT PROVIDES SOME OF THE BEST VALUE ON THE ISLAND AS IT IS LOCATED DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE BEACH ACCESS ON 8TH STREET. YOU CAN SWIM IN THE GULF AND ENJOY THE PRISTINE SAND OF ST GEORGE OR SWIM IN THE POOL, IT HAS THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. Despite the crazy wind all week we enjoyed our first trip to SGI. The cottages are in a great location. We loved staying there. The only negatives were that the shared wall is very thin and we could hear conversations through the wall. We had 2 nights where my daughter couldn’t sleep because there were 2 little kids next door screaming and banging around all night. The cottage could use some fixing up a little too. There is space around the doors and our first night there someone was using the grill and the smoke was blowing right into the bedroom under the door. We still enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again one day.

We came down for a short but pleasant getaway trip. The setup is very nice, as one unit is private enough for a couple, but the complex is perfect for a family trip, as we met a family staying in the other three units. The facilities are in great shape, and beach access is close and easy to use. The host was detailed and fast to address any questions we had. We will definitely return

Great relaxing getaway for my husband and 2 kiddos. Easy access to the beach and pool was perfect for what we wanted. Beach bum cottage had everything we needed, clean, and great location. We rented a golf cart from the property manager, and that was a fun added bonus to our stay on the island. We will be back!

This location was excellent, the beach was right across the street and a short walk over the dune boardwalk. The cottage was clean and bright. The kitchen was well supplied. The downtown area was just a 20 minute walk. The area was very quiet, not much traffic at all.

SEA FOOD FESTIVAL

THIS PROPERTY IS WONDERFUL. WE WILL RENT IT AGAIN. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. I WOULD ONLY SUGGEST UPDATING THE LIVING ROOM FURNITURE. THE COUCH AND CHAIR WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. MAYBE FIX A FEW STOVE EYES. BUT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT
