BEACHFRONT and DOG FRIENDLY Come watch the dolphins play!

Welcome to H-3! This beautifully furnished, beachfront townhome features two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and stunning views. The main level offers open concept living, dining and kitchen. The living area has comfortable seating and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from inside and out. A deck area, with access to the boardwalks to the beach, is located off the living room. The fully stocked kitchen includes a breakfast bar and dining room table that seats 6. Stand at the kitchen sink, and watch the dolphins swim by. A half bath is also located on the main floor. Up half a level is the first bedroom which features a queen bed and small balcony. A nearby bathroom offers a walk in shower. The top level has a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed, queen sofa sleeper, private beachfront balcony and en-suite featuring a double vanity and walk-in shower. A laundry room with full sized washer and dryer is conveniently located on the top level.

H-3 offers a walkway under the home, which allows you to store your beach chairs, toys and more.

One parking space is provided under the home. No golf carts or off road vehicles are allowed on 300 Ocean Mile Property, per the HOA.

Guests have access to all common areas, including 2 pools, grills, boardwalks and the beach. A bike path runs right in front of the community.
Restaurants, shops and the State Park are nearby. Apalachicola is a short drive and offers more restaurants and fun shopping.

Amazing week!

We have been coming to the island 15 years and this stay was by far one of the best! Not only was the condo clean and nice, but she also added a little extra to welcome us to her home. The cutlery was nice, dish soap was included, dryer sheets, etc. She even went as far as to keep us up to date on an internet outage from a storm, even though it was completely out of her control. Will definitely come back next year!!

Three things that are most important to us. The location, the property and the property manager. Right on the beach! The beautiful beach. Steps away from the pool. Spectacular views always. H3 was perfect. The owner did everything to make our stay memorable. As soon as we walked in the door we felt like we were in paradise. The attention to detail was amazing. The location was exaclty what we were looking for. Definitely will be staying here again.

Best equipped condo ever!

We loved this condo so much, we booked next year before we even left. Beautifully decorated and furnished ,really good cookware, sharp knives, great beds, very clean, and an awesome “welcome package” which included treats for the fur babies, an adult beverage chilled in the refrigerator, chips and salsa, and more awaited us. A nice selection of games and books, and beach towels were also available for our use. Our host, Jennifer, was easy to communicate with, and she has provided so many other little details that made our stay there one of our most memorable vacations. We cannot say enough about this fabulous beachfront rental. We have been going to SGI for about 30 years and have rented that many places. We have now found the place at which we will always want to stay.

The Best Vacation Ever

The condo is absolutely beautiful with everything you could possibly need to make it a perfect place to stay. Jennifer has thought of everything you could possibly need. The view is spectacular. We sat out so many nights watching the sunset and people fishing from the beach. This area is so friendly and we met so many nice people staying near us. What a family friendly place! We will definitely go back and stay in the exact same place. Thanks to Jennifer for everything she did to make it a wonderful week.

One of the best VRBOs for access to the beach and a great accommodations. Loved the walk-out to the back deck which connected us directly to the beach, and the small sitting balcony off the master bedroom was a great bonus for star gazing. Kitchen was well-equipped and each bedroom had a separate bath, making this great for families or couples traveling together. Reached out to the host a couple of times with questions, and Jennifer was more than accommodating, helpful, quick to respond and friendly in ensuring we had a great vacation! If St. George Island is your chosen destination, you can't miss with this great condo just a 1/2 mile down from the state park!

Great Vacation

You will not be disappointed staying in H3, Ocean 300 Mile. The property is exactly as host described, the proximity to the beach is wonderful. The condo is very comfortable and well equipped. Communication with the host is very easy and she is available if any questions or concerns arise. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great place and outstanding communication!

We stayed for a week. Myself, my wife, our three year old, and our 3 month old. My sister stayed a short walking distance away at sunset beach with her large group. We were back and forth and enjoyed every minute. My family stayed at 300 ocean mile every year until we moved here in 1994 (I was 5). This is the first time I have been back to stay since and it did not disappoint. We live in st joe just 45 minutes away but we will definitely be back!

Excellent stay!

We have stayed at several other properties in Ocean Mile and this was by far the nicest and most well appointed- very clean, nicely decorated, quality linens and kitchenware! The views and ease of getting to the beach are unmatched! Jennifer, the host, was easy to communicate with and left a nice welcome treat when we checked in. We will definitely stay here again!

The perfect beachfront spot

I can't say enough good things about this unit. Our stay was incredible! First of all: Our family arrived to treat bags for our children and a bag of dog treats for our dog. The property was clean and homey and stocked with everything we needed--Jennifer even thought of things we didn't KNOW we needed! The kitchen came with coffee filters, spices, olive oil, scissors, tape, pens, paper, etc. My kids loved the game cabinet and sacrificed their screens for 5 days in favor of Connect 4, the golf tee game, and cards. The beach access is amazing, leaving you steps away from gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and you can watch wildlife from the deck while you sip coffee or wine. We saw dolphins, pelicans, devil rays, crabs, and more. We were able to store our beach supplies under the house, making daily beach sitting very accessible and less work than usual. Plus, the back door of the condo is equipped with a shower and hose to get all the sand off before you enter the home. The entire complex has been kept up-to-date with a dog run area, two pools, and outdoor seating to entertain friends or have a picnic. We will absolutely stay here again. SGI is a great vacation spot, but our trip was made even better by staying in this condo. It was truly a slice of Heaven and we miss it already!

Hospitality Abounds

Our host made this home so welcoming for our family! It was perfectly clean, the view was amazing and it felt even bigger than the photos online. The owners were happy to answer any questions we had and provided info on SGI that came in handy during our stay. We would definitely book this condo again. Superb

You can tell a lot of thought went into the comfort and styling of this beach front condo. It felt like everything was bought just for me and laid out just for my convenience. Easy access to beach, smooth boardwalk, well-lit at night for entering and exiting. Communicating with Jennifer was as if we had known each other for years; delightful and very helpful. Glorious rental

Immaculate Condo!

Great communication by owner. The condo was everything we wanted. It was well stocked and so very clean. The development was very friendly and nice and the pools were nice. The beach/boardwalk was lovely.
