This home’s location on the canal was lovely. The 2 decks on either side of the living area on the 3rd floor provided excellent views of the canal and the gorgeous sunsets. The dock made it easy to use our kayak and fish. There was an outdoor grill and fire pit area as well. All were well maintained.This house has a pool under construction. We knew this when we rented it so went in knowing there would be noise/construction debris. The crew did not work Saturday or Sunday, which was nice. The pool will be a lovely addition to this property once completed.Bedrooms were on the second and 3rd floor. The second floor had 4 bedrooms: a master suite with sitting area with pull out couch and en suite bathroom; 2 queen bedrooms and one bunk room (double with single over). These 3 bedrooms shared one bathroom, which was a challenge at times. The other bedroom on the third floor was a double but had its own bathroom. The 3rd floor had a well appointed kitchen with adjacent dining and spacious living areas. Access to the decks were thru the kitchen and living room. The property manager was very responsive and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay. This house is in a gated community with 2 community pools, tennis/pickle ball courts and multiple access points to the private beach. That was very convenient as the kids in our party are super active and enjoyed all the amenities We would absolutely stay here again, especially knowing there would be a pool on site.

Multi-Age Family Girls Trip

The house provided plenty of space for our stay, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are all very nice. The sunset views on the porch were out of this world, truly amazing! Once the pool is complete, this house will be a 10/10! We had a couple of minor issues that were quickly addressed by the property management team. We would be happy to rent here again, thank you!

Lovely home but could have been better

First, the home itself is beautiful on a lovely location with bayside access and views of the water. It is apparent the owners want to have an upscale home with nice features. However, there were some issues we wish we had been aware of. When we booked in February the info stated the pool would be available in April. However it was under “active construction “ when we arrived and had I not called to confirm the pool completion we would not have known there could be workers on site throughout our stay. We were not happy, Heaven the manager did try to find another home but none for the same dates of our stay, and did offer a full refund if we vacated the house- we could not do this as three families had already made plans and were in transit to the house. So we were stuck as the owner was not willing to pause the construction until after our stay. Also some items that we feel would be important for future guests:No towel holders in any bathroomsNo toilet paper holders except in upstairs bathroom 3rd floorNo pot holders - had to go buy some to be able to cook, did not leaveLow wattage lights in BRs some blown missing bulbs altogether (stairwell) orBlown in other rooms bathroom MBRThree bedrooms to one bathroom on second floor - not clearly stated in description Refrigerator-water/ice dispenser broken- had fixed after notifying managerHad to reattach shower handle in guest BR and tighten faucet handle in same on second floor - for price not expect these types of issues.

Great Post Christmas Stay

We had a great quiet relaxing stay here starting the day after Christmas. My kids all in there early 20's loved the location and it was a great place to spend family time together making memories.The beach was just a short walk away while the bay is right at your back door. We so enjoyed watching the wildlife our the window.

Much Needed Vacay

First time coming in October. We had a blast fishing, shell hunting, catching blue crabs and having a crab boil. We enjoyed the firepit in the evening. The house was comfortable, well stocked and had plenty of room for our family. Thank you for sharing your beautiful hone.
