Charming 3 BR 3.5 Bath, Beach Views, Hot Tub Pet Friendly

Take a peek at this "Southern Charm" that has been transformed from top to bottom. This charming beach house is filled with character and charm preserving the homes originality. The open floorplan with double-height beamed living room flows into the spacious dining and kitchen area. AGA appliances, recycled glass quartz countertops and plenty of seating for everyone. The pine wood floors with hand carved trim give this home an extra dose of "Southern Charm".

On the main level we have the king master bedroom with attached bathroom with step in shower. Upstairs there are two additional king suites with attached bathrooms and in the hallway you have an adorable built in twin bunk set, perfect for little ones! With this excellent location and year round breezes on the front deck what more could you ask for? It doesn't stop there...outside you have a screened in patio area with TV, located adjacent to a brand new hot tub, and front fenced in yard for up to four dogs to enjoy while grilling your daily catch! There is easy beach access in each direction across the street, too!

Lovely home that we felt at home in right from the start. They even had feeding and water bowls for our fur babies. The master bedroom was very spacious and the bathroom had a soaking tub to die for. Used it every day after sitting out on the beach. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful and within just a two minute walk across the street to access.

Wonderful First Visit to St George Island!!

This was our first time visiting St. George Island, and it definitely exceeded our expectations! The home we stayed in was perfect – not only was it incredibly comfortable, but it also had so much character. We loved how clean and well-maintained the property was, and the amenities made our stay even more enjoyable.The location was also a huge bonus! It was more convenient to everything on the island than we anticipated. We were able to easily explore the area, including the beautiful lighthouse and the state park, both of which were amazing.Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to experience the charm of St. George Island!

Excellent property and owners have done a great job in furnishing the property.

Would highly recommend this property. Much bigger than we needed (Only two of us plus our small dog) but would do it all over again. Convenient to beach walkover. Owners have thought about even the smallest of amenities.
