After a refreshing rinse, step inside to a vast open-concept living space with abundant lighting shining through the numerous Gulf-view windows. Gaming enthusiasts will love trying to get the highest scores on the retro arcade cabinets throughout the house. The wide, well-equipped kitchen is perfect for group cooking projects everyone can enjoy at the table or kitchen bar. Better yet, dine alfresco under the house at the table before comfortably lounging on one of the hammocks as the warm Florida air brushes against your face. There is a Weber charcoal grill for guests use. Through all the bedrooms sport plush bedding, the primary bedroom is the star of the show due to its en suite and direct deck access. Begin and end your days with picturesque views of the water!

The pool also has a water chiller and an additional Pool Heat fee of $75 per day.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting âYesâ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
