The open living area is designed for fun and entertainment with a 55” TV, DVD player, and book library for a relaxing poolside read. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for family dinners or late-night snacks and for those moments when work calls during your vacation, you can tackle tasks at the convenient work desk that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Revel in pink and orange sunsets from the northside sundeck where you can also grill up your favorite meals on the convenient propane grill.

With 4 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you'll find space to unwind while still sharing an intimate space with family. 3 of the bedrooms are furnished with comfy king beds and TVs, while the 4th features two convenient bunk beds for extra guests or the kiddos. Up to 2 small dogs under 35lbs allowed with advance approval for a $150 + tax pet fee.

Take in stunning beach views from the comfort of the covered and furnished deck, which overlooks your very own private swimming pool—complete with a pool heater or chiller for an additional fee of $400 + tax.

Additional outdoor amenities include an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning table, bonus park-style charcoal grill and covered parking. Located in a golf cart friendly neighborhood near the bicycle path and close to town center.

Beach access is less than a 2-minute walk from the property via a sandy beach path located just across the street from the property.
